Greene and Tywone Jones, Jr.; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Normane and Beverly S. Greene and Mrs. Daisy and Mr. Tywone Jones, Sr.; sister, Da'quan and Tyquan Greene; aunts, uncles, and cousins are invited to attend his funeral service, 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2001, at Dorothy's Home for Funerals. MUZENMAIER, Gertrude
Gertrude Taylor Munzenmaier, 90, of Charleston, died Sunday, November 4, at a local hospital. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Munzenmaier, widow of Thad A. Munzenmaier, will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2001, at Grace Episcopal Church, 98, Wentworth St., Charleston. She was the daughter of Wilson and Lillian Pittman Taylor; she was a graduate of North Charleston High School and attended the College of Charleston. Mrs. Munzenmaier was a resident at the Canterbury House Retirement Home. She was an active member of the Poetry Society of South Carolina, and served as editor of the Society's Yearbook for eight years. She was the author of many published poems. Mrs. Munzenmaier was a past president of the Garden Clubs of Charleston, and a past president of the Council of Garden Clubs of Charleston. She also served as Director of the East Lowcountry District of the Garden Club of South Carolina. In 1997 she received the Special Tribute Award of the South Atlantic Region of the National Council of State Garden Clubs for her work with Camp Wildwood, a natural resource leadership training program for high school students, sponsored by the Department of Natural Resources; the South Carolina Wildlife Federation, and the Garden Club of South Carolina.
She is survived by her niece, Mrs. Shirley M. Chaplin, her nephew, John L. Munzenmaier, Jr., and several grandnieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, Alter Guild or the Choir, 98 Wentworth St., Charleston, S.C. 29401.

STOKES, John
John Kevin Stokes, of Bamberg, S.C., died November 4, 2001, at a Bamberg hospital.
Mr. Stokes was born May 4, 1988, in Beaufort, S.C., the son of John Keith Stokes and Katherine June Evans Stokes. He was a member of Bamberg Church of God and a member of Pioneers for Christ at the church.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 7, 2001, at 2 p.m., in the Bamberg Church of God, Calhoun St., Bamberg, S.C. Rev. Michael James will officiate. Burial in Bamberg Memory Gardens.
Survivors include, one sister, Katie Stokes of Bamberg, S.C.; maternal grandparents, Joe and Jane Evans of Bamberg, S.C.; paternal grandparents, John and Olwen Stokes of Allendale, S.C., and Lawrence and Betty Hagins, Lancaster, S.C.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2001, at COONER FUNERAL HOME, Bamberg, S.C. Family will receive friends and relatives at the home of Joe Evans, 4595 Charleston Augusta Road, Bamberg, S.C.
KING, Myrtle
Myrtle Alma Cunningham King, of Bamberg, S.C., wife of the late Robert A. King, died November 4, 2001, at a Columbia hospital.
Mrs. King was born October 28, 1924, to the late Charles Albert Cunningham and Alice Elizabeth Smith Cunningham. She was a member of Bamberg Pentecostal Holiness Church, Bamberg, S.C. She was retired from the Sunbeam Corp. and was a homemaker.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 7, 2001, at 11 a.m. at Pentecostal Holiness Church, conducted by Rev. Robert Ward. Burial at Bamberg Memory Gardens.
Survivors include one sister, Betty J. Cook of Bamberg, S.C., and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, November 6, 2001, at COONER FUNERAL HOME. Family and friends will be received at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Givens, 645 Dickenson St., Bamberg, S.C.
HARRINGTON, Robert
Entered into eternal rest on the evening of November 4, 2001, Robert J. Harrington. Residence, Charleston, S.C. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., GREENRIDGE ROAD CHAPEL.
Mr. Harrington was born August 23, 1946, in Port Chester, N.Y., the son of the late Leo R. Harrington and Yvonne Goyette Harrington. He was a member of Kingston Presbyterian Church in Conway, S.C., and formerly worked with Carolina Parachute Company as an engineer.
Surviving are a son, Robert W. Harrington of Charlotte, N.C.; a daughter, Christina McNeill of North Charleston, S.C.; a brother, Leo Harrington of Greenville, S.C.; a sister, Gail Jones of Greenville, S.C.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
MCKAY, Frederick
Entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 4, 2001, Mr. Frederick Stroman "Fred" McKay, 63, husband of Helena Blanchard McKay of Mt. Pleasant, SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick S. McKay are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial for the former at 11:00 AM., Wednesday, November 7, 2001 at Christ Our King Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal will be at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Christ Our King Church, 1138 Russell Dr., Mt. Pleasant on Tuesday between 5:00 and 8:00 PM. A Vigil for the deceased will begin at 6:30 PM. Mr. McKay was born Tuesday, February 8, 1938 in Charleston, SC., the son of the late Lawrence Edward McKay, Sr., and Beatrice Stroman McKay. He graduated from Bishop England High School in 1956, The Citadel, Class of 1960 and received his Masters Degree from the University of South Carolina. Mr. McKay was a Realtor with Properties Plus/Century 21 Real Estate, of Mt. Pleasant. He was a former Captain in the U.S. Army as a helicopter pilot. Mr. McKay was a member of Christ Our King Catholic Church, former vice-president of Charles C. Blanchard Construction Co., former vice-president of C.W. Blanchard Construction Co., vice-chairman of the Mt. Pleasant Waterworks Commission, past president, past S.C. District president and member of the Charleston Exchange Club, past president of the Coastal Carolina Fair, past president of the S.C. Association of Fairs, past chairman of the American Cancer Society, past Chairman of the Charleston Board of Recreation, member of the City of Charleston BOA, chairman of the Mt. Pleasant Election Commission, past member of the Hibernian Society, President of The Citadel Class of 1960 and a founding member of the Snee Farm Country Club. Surviving in addition to his mother and wife are a son, Frederick S. McKay, Jr., and his wife, Claudia Jenkins McKay of Rock Hill, SC., a daughter, Helena Elizabeth (Beth) McKay Fisher and her husband, Major John Allen Fisher, USAF of Montgomery, AL., a brother, Col. Lawrence E. McKay, Jr., U.S.A. (Ret) and his wife, Fay C. McKay of Mt. Pleasant, SC., six grandchildren, Carson Fisher, Erin Fisher, Madison Fisher, Laura Kirby, Elizabeth Kirby and Gabe Usry. Walter Edwards Bouchard, 70, of Summerville, S.C., died November 2, 2001, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning, November 6, 2001, at Parks Funeral Home Chapel at 10 o'clock. Burial services with full military honors will be held at Beaufort National Cemetery, Tuesday afternoon, at 2:30 o'clock.

MOLE, Oddie
Mr. Oddie Wyman Mole 90 of 1201 Charleston Highway, Hampton died Sunday afternoon in the Hampton Regional Medical Center after and extended illness. Mr. Mole was born in Hampton County, October 22, 1911 a son of the late Wyman Calvin and Susie Lee Harriott Mole. He had retired from the South Carolina Highway Department after 35 years of service as a Foreman, and was a member of the Evergreen Masonic Lodge serving as Worthy Master. He was a member of the Sandy Run Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday School and was a Deacon and Former Chairman of the Deacon Board.
Surviving are his wife, Mildred Olivet Drawdy Mole of Hampton.
Daughters and son-in-laws, Shirley M. and Don Altman; Sylvia M. and Wade Freeman all of Hampton; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Sara Mole of Orangeburg; brothers, Hurley Mole of North Charleston, and Jack Mole of Estill; three sister, Virlie Thomas and Hattie Priester both of Hampton, and Marjorie Varn of North Charleston; daughter-in-law Athalene Mole of Hampton. There are 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Mr. Mole was pre-deceased in death by a son, Roland Mole and by a grandson, Scott Freeman.
Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Wednesday in the Sandy Run Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Paul and Dr. Greg Clements, with burial in the Sandy Run Cemetery, directed by PEEPLES-RHODEN FUNERAL HOME in Hampton. Friends may call at the Chapel in Hampton from 5:30 to 8:30 Tuesday evening, and Wednesday until the hour of services.
The family suggests that those who wish may send memorials to the Sandy Run Baptist Church, 2100 Sandy Run Road, Hampton, S.C. 29924.

MCDOWELL, SR., Elwood
LORIS - Elwood Raymond McDowell, Sr., age 59, of Red Bluff Road, died Monday, November 5, 2001 at Roper Hospital in Charleston following an illness.
Mr. McDowell was born in Horry County, a son of the late Oscar and Reba Todd McDowell. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and retired from Pepsi-Cola in Conway after 35 years of service. He was predeceased by a daughter, Sandy Gale McDowell and a brother, Leland McDowell.
Surviving are his wife, Peggy Stalvey McDowell of Loris; one son, Elwood R. "Woody" McDowell, Jr. and his wife Tammie of Loris; two daughters, Angie McDowell and Nichole McDowell, both of Loris; two brothers, Johnny McDowell of Alabama and Phillip McDowell of Laurens; two sisters, Elnita Parrott of Ga., Vivian Grooms of Mt. Pleasant; one granddaughter, Gabriel McDowell of Loris; three grandsons, Nicholas McDowell, Mason McDowell and Dylan McDowell all of Loris. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. Burial will follow in Grainger Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
