Mr. Daniel Thomas Young, age 68, of 5026 Wilderness Road, Wilmington, NC died Thursday, November 8, 2001 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.He was born in Owensboro, KY, on January 31, 1933 the son of the late Homer and Georgetta Staples Yount.Mr. Young was affiliated with the C.F. Sauer Company for over twenty years of service. He was a member of the Solomon's Lodge No. 1, A.F.M. in Charleston, SC and was a veteran of the US Navy during the Korean Conflict.He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother and a friend to all that knew him. Wilson, age 81 of McDowell Shortcut Rd., died Friday, November 9, 2001 at his home.Born September 22, 1920 in Murrells Inlet, SC, he was the son of the late Len Conway and Ida Strickland Wilson. Mr. Wilson was a World War II, US Navy veteran. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Murrells Inlet VFW, Post 10420. Mr. Wilson was retired after 36 years as a Captain with a dredging company.Surviving are his wife, Madelyn Griffin Wilson; daughters, Angela Riggio of Pt.
