MOSELLE - Mrs. Frances Kearse Wilson Barnes, 86, of 5526 Moselle Road, died Monday afternoon at her residence after an extended illness.
Mrs. Barnes was born in Fairfax, September 15, 1915 a daughter of the late Frank Willard Wilson and Anna Kearse Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Hickory Grove Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Eddie Heirs Barnes.
Surviving are one son, Eddie Eugene Barnes of Williston; one daughter, Vonnie Barnes Padgett of Islandton; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the Hickory Grove Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. David Deming and Rev. Ron Gaines, with burial in the church Cemetery, directed by PEEPLES-RHODEN FUNERAL HOME in Hampton. Friends may call at the Chapel in Hampton from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and Thursday morning until 10 a.m. when the casket will be placed in the church prior to the services.
BLASETTI, Angelo
Angelo B. "Doc" Blasetti passed away November 26, 2001, after a long illness. He died at home with his wife of 41 years, Harriet, at his side.
Originally from Putnam, Connecticut, Colonel Blasetti retired from the Air Force and lived in Summerville, SC for twenty years. A veteran of two wars, Col. Blasetti served as both a pilot and a dentist.
Col. and Mrs. Blasetti have three children: Alice V. Harris of Columbia, SC, Tony Blasetti of Atlanta, GA, and Katrina B. Fortier of Augusta, GA. They also have two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a remembrance may be made to the American Lung Association of South Carolina, P.O. Box 1609, Columbia SC, 29202-1609.
MATSCH, Mary
Mary Alice Matsch, age 94, died on Monday, November 26, 2001, at a Mount Pleasant retirement home. She is survived by her daughter, Gretchan A. Pearce and son-in-law, Charlie A. Pearce, Captain, USN (Ret), of Charleston, S.C., and by her grandchildren, Charles "Chip" Pearce and Christine "Christie" Pearce, both of Atlanta, Ga. In addition to her grandchildren, Mrs. Matsch is survived by a great-grandson, Connor Charles Pearce.
Mrs. Matsch was born in Goodland, Kan., on July 19, 1907, where her father and mother, Robert Pierce Moon and Nannie Laura Roach had settles after "following the railroad West" from Virginia. Her father operated an apothecary in Goodland for a number of years where she worked, after school and on weekends, before leaving for college.
Mrs. Matsch attended Denver University from 1927 to 1931, a rarity for women in that age, where she studied Pharmacy. Using her medical training, she worked for a number of years at Research and General Hospitals in Kansas City, first as a laboratory technician and later as an x-ray technician.
In 1941, she married Lloyd John Matsch in Kansas City, where they lived until Mr. Matsch's death in 1968. Following her husband's death, she continued to live in Kansas City until she moved to Charleston in 1997.
Mrs. Matsch was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kan., Wives of Rotarians (Rotary Club 13 Auxiliary), the Leawood Country Club, the Leawood Garden Club, and the Leawood Women's Club. She was a devoted homemaker and mother who enjoyed reading and knitting for her family, friends and charity.
A memorial service will be held at 1 o'clock, on Saturday, December 1, 2001, at the Cooper Hall Auditorium (Chapel) in Mount Pleasant, S.C. A separate memorial service will be held in Kansas City at a time to be determined. The family requests memorials to charity in lieu of flowers.

He served as a Chief Pharmacist Mate and Naval Corpsman with the U.S. Navy, attached 1st Marine Division during W.W.II. He was an honorary life member Millennium Lodge #2000 A.F.M.
He is survived by three daughters, Sandra H. Gowan of Melbourne, Australia, Ann H. Pitts of Johns Island, S.C., and Marie H. Mizzell of James Island, S.C.; two sons, Marion W. Howard, Jr., of Ludowici, Ga., and Richard B. Howard of Charleston, S.C.; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

HALLMAN, Ronald

Born, May 5, 1942, in Fort Valley, Ga., Mr. Hallman was the son of the late Albert R. and Florence Hiley Hallman. He was a self-employed electrician and plumber and was a Baptist. Mr. Hallman was an Army veteran and served in Germany with Company C, 3rd Battalion, 36th Infantry, from January 1964, to January 1966, and was a member of V.F.W. Post 3142. The Riley families and friends of Ridgeville were his family. He loved the Ridgeville people like his family. Earnest "Jenk" Jenkins, Sr., 68, of 785 St. Paul Road, Dorchester, S.C. died Friday, November 23, 2001 in a Charleston hospital after an extended illness. Funeral services will held 10:00 A.M. Mr. Jenkins was born October 14, 1933 in Dorchester County. A son of the late Thurston Jenkins and Mrs. Bessie Kennerly Jenkins Lambright. He attended the public schools of Dorchester County and was a retired laborer and member of the Greater St. Paul A.M.E. Church. He was the widower of Mrs. Robert Senior Smith Jenkins.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Jacqueline (Roger) Barton of Elizabeth Town, KY., Ms. Sandra Jenkins of St. George, S.C. and Mrs. Sharon (James) Speller of Dorchester, S.C., two sons, Earnest (Theresa) Jenkins, Jr. and Vernon Smith both of Alexandria, VA.; four brothers, Lathio Jenkins Jenkins, James Jenkins, Charles Lambright and Marion Lambright all of Miami, FLA., three sisters, Mrs. Pansie Jenkins and Mrs. Hattie Jenkins Walters both of Miami, Fla., Mrs. Mary Alice Lambright of Ridgeville, S.C. BISHOP, Charles
LODGE - Charles Adam Bishop, 70, a retired electrical and instrumenation supervisor at the Savannah River Site for 42 years, died Tuesday at an Orangeburg hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday at Carter's Ford Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Barry Moore, Rev. E. Lloyd Till and Rev. Danny Fogle. Interment will be in the church Cemetery, directed by the FRED PARKER FUNERAL HOME.
Mr. Bishop was born April 4, 1931, in Hampton County, a son of Chesley Arthur Bishop and Carrie Priester Bishop. He was a member of Carters Ford Baptist Church and a Deacon for 45 years. He was a member of the South Carolina National Guard for 35 years.
Surviving are, his wife, Gloria Bishop of Lodge, a son, Charles A. Bishop, Jr., of Aiken, a daughter, Pearl Elaine Bishop of Lodge, three sisters, Salome Bishop and Chloe Bishop, both of Brunson and Grace Tuten of Furman, and two grandchildren, Caleb Bishop and Sarah Bishop.

FEDELE, Dominic
Dominic Anthony Fedele died November 28, 2001, at home in Charlotte, N.C., after a long battle with cancer. Dominic was born November 12, 1939, in Marseille, France, son of Alexandere and Maria Fedele.
Dominic began working at the age of 13, learning the trade of typesetting and printing in Casablanca, Morocco. After coming to the United States at the age of 18, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. While stationed in Charleston, S.C., he met and married the love of his life, Lorraine Dale Hanagriff.
After moving to Charlotte, N.C., Dominic and Dale formed Letter-Perfect, Inc. Words cannot describe their hard work and dedicated to their business. Thirty years later it continues to be one of the most respected and prestigious printing firms in the Southeast.
Cherished husband of Dale Fedele, an awesome father to Michelle Larson and Anthony Fedele of Charlotte, and David Fedele of New York. PePe to Nicklas, Lucas, and Regin Larson.
