CHESTER – The funeral for Mrs. Mozelle Campbell Hawkins, formerly of 588 Center Road, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at Gethsemane Baptist Church with Dr. Charles Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Hawkins, 84, died Monday, July 6, 2015, at Pruitt Healthcare in Rock Hill.

Mrs. Margie Sides Huffman, 88
SURFSIDE BEACH – A graveside service for Mrs. Margie Sides Huffman will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, at Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church cemetery in Chester.
Mrs. Huffman, 88, died Sunday, July 5, 2015, at Myrtle Beach Estates. She was born May 28, 1927, in Chester to the late David Plutarch Sides and Elizabeth Hensley Sides.
Survivors include her brother, William H. Sides of Baltimore.

Mr. Price, 71, died Monday, July 6, 2015, at Chester Regional Medical Center.

CHESTER – The funeral for Ms. Evelyn Patricia "DeeDee" Suber of 613 Angel Road will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. W.E. Page officiating and Minister Albert Suber serving as eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Ms. Suber, 58, died Thursday, July 9, 2015, at her home.

CHESTER – Mrs. Mary Janet Alexander Caldwell, 98, formerly of Chester, died Thursday, July 2, 2015, at the Columbia Presbyterian Community.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2015, at Evergreen cemetery in Chester. A memorial service was held at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 6, at the Presbyterian Communities, 700 DaVega Drive, Lexington, S.C. with Rev. Fran Bragan officiating.
Mrs. Kathleen Vaughn Coleman, 85
CHESTER – The funeral for Mrs. Kathleen Vaughn Coleman of 126 Park Drive was conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at First Baptist Church. The Rev. Clay Waldrip and the Rev. Chris Snelgrove officiated and burial followed in Chester Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Coleman, 85, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007 at Agape Rehabilitation in Rock Hill.
Leroy Bush
Funeral arrangements are incomplete for Bishop Leroy Bush of Edgefield. He died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010 at the Edgefield County Hospital.
He was a pastor and the owner of Lee's Paint and Body Shop.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; mother, Annie Mae Bush, Johnston; brothers, James (Lois) Bush, Clary (Rosa) Bush and Chuck Bush, all of Johnston; sisters, Daisy Harrington, Augusta, Ga., Annie I. Bush, Trenton, and Tammy Bush, Johnston.

Funeral services for Miss Jeanette Dobey of Aiken were held Monday, Nov. 15, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Union Baptist Church, Trenton, with the Rev. G.L. Brightharp officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Miss Dobey was a 1969 graduate of W.E. Parker High School.

Winston Gay Gibson
Mr. Winston Gay Gibson, 68, of Johnston, husband of 48 years to Billie Carol Craig Gibson and son of the late W.W. and Easter Stewart Gibson, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010 at his home.
A Celebration of Life Service was held Saturday, Nov. 13, at 10 a.m. at Hatcher Funeral Home, with Pastor Charles Rollins officiating. Burial with veterans honors accorded by the United States Army Honor Guard followed in Langley cemetery.
born in Butler, Ala., he was a resident of Langley for 40 years before relocating to Johnston, eight years ago. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and retired from Kimberly Clark. Prior to his health declining, he most enjoyed spending time with his family and also enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and reading.
In addition to his spouse and parents, family members include children, Anthony Winston Gibson, Langley, Brian Gibson, (Patricia) Aiken, Lynn Toole, (Alan) Johnston, Gregg Gibson, (Sherry) Warrenville, and the late Billie Gay Gibson; siblings, Doyal Gibson, Houston, Texas, Clark Gibson, Butler, Ala., Wylie Gibson, Birmingham, Ala., Loraine Massengale, Butler, Ala., Macy Jones, Mobile, Ala., the late Wesley Gibson, the late Bruce Gibson, the late Harry Gibson and the late Judith Patrick; and grandchildren, Kevin Gibson, Megan Toole, Ashley Toole and Craig Gibson.

Mr. Leroy Moore Jr., 56, of W.A. Reel Drive in Edgefield died Friday, Nov. 12, 2010 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Mr. James Robert “Jimbo” Lanham, 65, of Liberty Hill Road in Plum Branch, died Friday, Nov. 19, 2010 at his home.
Graveside services were held Monday, Nov. 22, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, conducted by Michelle Mars.
Mr. Lanham was born in Edgefield County, son of the late Enos and Leola L. Lanham.
He is survived by a daughter; three sisters; and other relatives.

Lasca Holmes
Miss Lasca Holmes, 91, of Edgefield, died Friday, Nov. 5, 2010 at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab. Center.
Graveside services were held Sunday, Nov. 7, at 4 p.m. at Eastview cemetery in Edgefield.
Miss Holmes was a native of Edgefield County and a lifelong member of Edgefield First Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sisters, Sara H. Fox, Batesburg, and Lorene H. Hallman, Sumter.

Mrs. Bobbie Jean Jackson
Funeral services for Mrs. Bobbie Jean Edwards Jackson, 79, of Trenton, were held Friday, Nov. 5, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Bland Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Aiken Memorial Park.
Mrs. Jackson, a native of Saluda, died Wednesday, Nov. 3. She was a daughter of the late James M. and Ethel Stone Edwards. Mrs. Jackson was a retired LPN, and was a member of the Saluda Shrinettes and of the Old Time Gospel Church.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, James Wilson Jackson; sons, Jimmy (Jane), Bob (Julie) and Jerry (Melissa) Jackson; grandchildren, Will and Lillie Jackson; and step-granddaughter, Marissa Dorland.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
