Charles Bolin
YORK - Mr. Charles O. Bolin, 79, of 207 Moss St. died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, at White Oak Manor Nursing Home.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church, with the Rev. James Correll officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens.
A York County native, Mr. Bolin was the former owner and operator of Bolin's Grill in York. He was a member of Woodmen of the World.
Surviving are his wife, Nettie Mae Ferguson Bolin of York; his son, Taze Bolin of York; his sister, Jeanett Bolin of York; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight in the parlor at Trinity United Methodist Church.
Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church building fund, P.O. Box 376, York, SC 29745.
York Funeral Home is in charge.

Troy Greene
PHOENIX - Mr. Troy Henry Greene, 76, died Thursday, Feb. 12, 1998, in Phoenix.
A graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.
Born in Judson, N.C., Mr. Greene served in the Navy during World War II and was a member of D.A.V. and the Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Emily Greene of Phoenix; five daughters, Joyce Stafford of Fort Worth, Texas, Debra Kinney of Palmetto, Fla., Susan Lowe of Gastonia, N.C., Wendy Hill of Phoenix and Jill Payne of Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Oscar Greene of Bessemer City, N.C., and Richard Greene of Madison, Ala.; two sisters, Josephine Parker of Marek, Ga., and Murline Hord of Stanley, N.C.; and four grandchildren.
Camelback Sunset Chapel Funeral Home is in charge.

Laterika Jeeter
BLAIR - Laterika Jeeter, the infant daughter of Alvin E. and Jacqueline Jeeter, of Route 1, Box 230, died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at Chester County Hospital.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. today at Old Hope Station Baptist Church in Fairfield County, with the Rev. David Rice officiating.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her brother, Alvin E. Jeeter Jr. of Union; her sister, Jamekia Jeeter of the home; her paternal grandmother, Aurelia Suber of Union; her maternal grandparents, Jonny and Margaret Williamson of Blair and Joe and Mable Brice of Chester; her paternal great-grandmother, Alice Jeeter of Union; her maternal great-grandmother, Bennon English of Blair; and her maternal great-grandparents, David and Agnes Brice of Chester.
King's Funeral Home is in charge.

CHESTER - Mrs. Margaret Strong Johnson, 73, of the Chester County Nursing Center, formerly of 106 Steward St., died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at Chester County Nursing Center.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by King's Funeral Home.

CHESTER - Mrs. Margaret Strong Johnson, 73, of Chester County Nursing Center, formerly of 106 Steward St., died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at Chester County Nursing Center.
The funeral will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Piney Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. J.E. Darby officiating and the Rev. R. L. McClurkin delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Born in Chester County, Mrs. Johnson was a retired domestic worker, a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church and was educated in Chester County public schools. She was the widow of Alexander Johnson.
Surviving are her son, Theodore A. Johnson of Chester; three daughters, Deloris Mayfield, Adell Kee and Arlene Johnson, all of Chester; two brothers, Joe Willie Brown of Blackstock and James W. Strong of Chester; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the home of Arlene Johnson, 137 E. Lacy St.
The body will be carried to the church at 2 p.m. Saturday.

CATAWBA - Mr. William Jones of 632 Will Jones Circle died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Robinson Funeral Home.

CATAWBA - Mr. William Jones, 632 Will Jones Circle, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Robinson Funeral Home, with Brother Charles Watkins officiating. Burial will be at Union Ezell Church cemetery.
A Sumter County native, Mr. Jones was a carpenter and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. He was a former chef in the Merchant Marines and loved to play checkers. He attended Philadelphia public schools.
Surviving are three sons, Larry L. Jones, Nardrick Jones and Jack William Jones Jr., all of Catawba; seven daughters, Mabel Riddick of Fort Lawn, Cleo Shannon of Columbia, Carolyn Cowsar, Jenny Cherry, Christine Stradford, Clementine Cowsar and Kathy Stevenson, all of Catawba; 35 grandchildren; and 47 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at Robinson Funeral Home and at other times at the home.

ROCK HILL - The Rev. J.A. Massey of 145 Walcott Court died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, at his home.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Robinson Funeral Home.

Sally McInvaille
LANCASTER - Mrs. Sally Loretta Pate McInvaille, 83, of 1114 Grace Ave. died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1998, at Springs Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Grace Free Will Baptist Church, with the Revs. Thomas Taylor and Gary McInvaille officiating. Burial will be at Lancaster Memorial Park.
Born in Kershaw, Mrs. McInvaille was a member of Grace Free Will Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was the widow of Dorsey Colon McInvaille.
Surviving are two sons, Colon McInvaille and Gary McInvaille, both of Lancaster; four daughters, Jeanette Taylor of Nichols, Ruth Cook of Camden, Annette Belk and Norma Baker, both of Lancaster; 19 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Cauthen Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Grace Free Will Baptist Church, 1562 Pinewood Ave., Lancaster, SC 29720.

LANCASTER COUNTY - Mr. Hazel Vaughn of 9344 Van Wyck Road died Monday, Feb. 16, 1998, at Piedmont Medical Center.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at El Bethel AME Zion Church, with the Rev. C.J. Young officiating and the Revs. Deborah Waddell, Marion Wilson and R.A. Morrison assisting. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
A Lancaster County native, Mr. Vaughn was a faithful member of El Bethel AME Zion Church and attended Lancaster County public schools.
Surviving are three daughters, Dora Morrow of Jamaica, N.Y., Hazelene Crawford of Charlotte and Shirley Custis of Dumfries, Va.; his foster son that he reared, Eugene Vaughn of the home; his brother, Edward Vaughn of Charlotte; his sister, Rosa Mae Barber of Fort Mill; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 tonight at Robinson Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
The body will be placed in the church at noon Saturday.

Margaret Whisonant
MOBILE, Ala. - Mrs. Margaret B. Whisonant, formerly of Rock Hill, died Friday, Feb. 6, 1998, at her home.
Mrs. Whisonant was a graduate of Winthrop University and retired after teaching 26 years in the Mobile County school system. She was a member of Kingswood United Methodist Church and was U.M.W. president for the past two years.
Surviving are her husband, Clarence Whisonant of Mobile; three children, Chuck Whisonant and Beth Stafford-Green, both of Mobile, and Shay Sanford of Columbia, S.C.; and her brother, J.W. Brown Jr. of Asheville, N.C.
Radney Funeral Home was in charge.

Vergie Brownlow
ROCK HILL - Mrs. Vergie M. Brownlow, 87, of 127 Murrah Drive, Magnolia Manor, formerly of Chicopee, Ga., died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, at Magnolia Manor.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Little-Davenport Funeral Home in Gainesville, Ga. Burial will be at Alta Vista City Cemetery in Gainesville, Ga.
Born in Bristol, Va., Mrs. Brownlow was a retiree of Johnson & Johnson Co. in Georgia after 45 years of service. She was a member of Chicopee Baptist Church. She lived in Rock Hill for several years and was the widow of Paul Brownlow.
Surviving are her daughter, Ruth Brownlow Hinson; her brother, Gene Munpower of Gainesville, Ga.; her sister, Ivadell Clifton of Danville, Va.; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 tonight at Little-Davenport Funeral Home.
Greene Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
