Earl Causey

LAMAR - Mr. Earl Causey, 49, died Thursday, March 25, 1999, at home.

The graveside service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Lamar Cemetery.

A native of Marion, he was the son of Treatha Bell Atkinson Causey and the late Early Causey. He was the owner and operator of Pee Dee Door and Specialty. He was a member of the Red Fez Club and Syracuse Hunting Club.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Patricia S. Causey; three daughters, Alison Causey, Lesie Causey and Sara Causey, all of Lamar; his brother, James "Buddy" Causey of Irmo; and two sisters, Jean Strickland of Rock Hill and Vickie Loupo of Green Sea.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Belk Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Children Hospital, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.

Lula Faulkner

LANCASTER - Mrs. Lula Faile Faulkner, 89, died Friday, March 26, 1999, at Lancaster Convalescent Center.

The funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Cauthen Funeral Home. Burial will be at Lancaster Memorial Park.

A native of Kershaw, Mrs. Faulkner was the daughter of the late Leavy and Alice Blackmon Faile. She was the widow of James William Faulkner. A homemaker, she was a member of the Pleasant Plain Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son, William Edwin Faulkner of Lancaster; her daughter, Martha Jean Moore of Lancaster; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Cauthen Funeral Home and at other times at the home of William Edwin Faulkner, 1377 Williams Circle, Lancaster.

Shianne Greene

ROCK HILL - Shianne Michelle Greene, the infant daughter of Stephanie Dawn Greene and Donnie W. Tinker of 1211 Springwood Lane died Tuesday, March 23, 1999, at Mercy Hospital South in Pineville, N.C.

A memorial service will be 12:30 p.m. Sunday at New Hope Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lester Parrish officiating.

Surviving in addition to her parents are her maternal grandparents, Mike and Jane Greene of the home; paternal grandfather, Richard Tinker of Rock Hill; maternal great-grandparents, Marvin and Betty Starnes of Rock Hill and Bill and Thelma Greene of Chester.

The family will receive friends at the home.

Greene Funeral Home is in charge.

Raymond Lemaster

PINEVILLE, N.C. - Mr. Raymond Howard Lemaster, 57, of Juanita Drive died Thursday, March, 25, 1999, at home.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Gloryland Baptist Church, with the Rev. Sammy Case officiating. Burial will be at Pineville City Cemetery.

A native of Mannington, W. Va., Mr. Lemaster was a son of the late Norman and Gracie Sharp LeeMasters. He was a retired construction supervisor with the Mecklenburg County government. He was a member of the James K. Polk Masonic Lodge in Pineville. He was a member of Gloryland Baptist Church in Charlotte.

Surviving are his wife, Cecelia Ann Sheets Lemaster; his daughter, Diana L. Knoop of Fort Mill; three brothers, James LeeMasters of Nutter Fort, W.Va., Bernard LeeMasters of Wooster, Ohio, and Alton LeeMasters of Shinnston, W. Va.; four sisters, Dorothy Sholtz of West Salem, Ohio, Jenny Tromp of New Carlisle, Ohio, and Betty Lowe and Bernadette Sandy, both of Shinnston, W. Va.; and his grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Wolfe Funeral Home in Fort Mill and also from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Gloryland Baptist Church and at other times at the home.

Memorials may be made to Gloryland Baptist Church, 3001 Gloryland Ave., Charlotte, NC 28213 or Hospice at Charlotte, 1420 E. 7th St., Charlotte, NC 28204.

Ell Massey

ROCK HILL - Mr. Ell Massey, 74, of 428 Hagins St. died Friday, March 26, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Arrangements will be announced by Robinson Funeral Home.

Lemuel Osborne

ROCK HILL - Mr. Lemuel "Ronnie" D. Osborne, 64, of 2024 Country Court died Thursday, March 25, 1999, at home.

The graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Forest Hills Cemetery, with the Rev. Bill Shytle officiating.

A native of Winnsboro, he was the son of the late Ollie McDonnell Ellis. He was employed by Metromont Materials Inc., where he worked as an inside salesman and dispatcher. He was governor of the Moose Lodge and a member of the Elks Lodge.

Surviving are his wife, JoAnn Osborne; two sons, Brian Osborne and Steve Osborne, both of Rock Hill; his stepson Don Graham of Lancaster; two daughters, Deborah Timmons and Chris Osborne, both of Rock Hill; two grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Greene Funeral Home and at other times at the home.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Community Care, 325 S. Oakland Ave., Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Hood Sanders

CHESTER - Mr. Hood Sanders of Meadowbrook Community died Thursday, March 25, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.

Arrangements will be announced by Christopher King Funeral Home, 703 Old York Road.

The family will receive friends at the home of Earlene Sanders, 109 Murray St., Chester.

Mary Bowers

LANCASTER - Mrs. Mary Jane Sistare Bowers, 91, died Saturday, March 27, 1999, at Springs Memorial Hospital.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Lancaster Memorial Park, with the Rev. Shane Patrick officiating.

A native of Mecklenburg County, Mrs. Bowers was the daughter of the late Pressley Robinson and Elizabeth Snipes Sistare. She was the widow of Edgar McDow Bowers. She was the former co-owner and operator of Bowers Grocery and a member of First Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son, Charles B. Bowers of Greenville; her sister, Mae Bell Wright of Lancaster; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, 300 S. Market St., Lancaster, SC 29720.

Mahaffey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
