James Stogner

LANCASTER - Mr. James Bruce Stogner, 65, of 1395 Duckwood Road died Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at Springs Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Cauthen Funeral Home, with the Revs. Melvin Adams and Marvin Tennant III officiating. Burial will be at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.

A native of Lancaster, Mr. Stogner is the son of the late Lewis Perry and Melisa Maybell Ivey Stogner. He was a member of New Testament Baptist Church and was retired from Springs Industries.

Surviving are his wife, Lottie Moseley; two sons, James F. Stogner and Danny L. Stogner, both of Lancaster; two daughters, Susie Miles of Lancaster and Evelyn "Cookie" Greene of Heath Springs; three brothers, John Stogner of Kershaw, and Jack Stogner and Lewis Stogner, both of Lancaster; four sisters, Evelyn Hodge of Kershaw, and Polly Gordon, Lottie Stogner and Nancy Adams, all of Lancaster; 10 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and 10 step great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Cauthen Funeral Home and at other times at home.

L.C. Troublefield

ROCK HILL - Mr. Linwood Cole Troublefield, 84, of 1851 Dunlap Roddey Road died Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte.

A memorial service will be 6:30 tonight at Bass Funeral Home, with the Rev. Michael Cox officiating.

A native of Lee County, Mr. Troublefield was the son of the late George W. and Idelle McCall Troublefield. He established Troublefields Heating and Cooling in 1945 and retired in 1990. He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church for 30 years.

Surviving are Cornelia Steele Troublefield; five sons, Tom Troublefield of Lancaster, Bill Troublefield, Dan Troublefield, Paul Troublefield and Jeff Troublefield, all of Rock Hill; three daughters, Jean T. Spampinato, Becky T. Davis and Linda T. Adams, all of Rock Hill; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends after the service until 8:30 p.m. at Bass Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Jean Spampinato, 1824 Charter Drive, Rock Hill.

Memorials may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church, 620 Briarcliff Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Wayne Wright

CHESTER - Mr. Wayne Everett Wright, 54, of 2037 Pinckney Road died Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at First Church of the Nazarene, with the Rev. Gregg Geller officiating. Burial will at Chester Memorial Gardens.

A native of Chester, Mr. Wright was a former produce manager at Chester Winn-Dixie. He attended First Church of the Nazarene. A graduate of Chester High School, he served in the Navy during the Vietnam era. He was a member of Armenia Masonic Lodge No. 207.

Surviving are two sons, Todd W. Wright of Mount Pleasant and Rodney D. Wright of Chester; his parents, Everett and Lucille L. Wright of Chester; his brother, Mikell L. Wright of Griffin, Ga.; two sisters, Irish R. Wright and Lisa W. Inman, both of Chester; and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Barron Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to First Church of the Nazarene Family Life Center, 182 Pinckney St., Chester, SC 29706.

Willie Boulware

CHESTER - Mrs. Willie Coleman Boulware, 89, of Baltimore, formerly of Chester, died Wednesday, March, 10, 1999, in Lumberton, N.C.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Fairfield County, with the Rev. Moses Lightner officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

A native of Fairfield County, Mrs. Boulware attended Fairfield County public schools. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. After moving to Maryland, she joined Union Baptist Church in Sparrow's Point, Md., and New Pilgrim Baptist Church in Baltimore, where she was on the Pulpit Aid. She was a Missionary and member of the Helping Hand Club. She was chief food service attendant at Dundalk High School in Maryland for 32 years. She was the widow of John Wesley "Pink" Boulware.

Surviving are her brother, Johnny "Buddy" Coleman of Baltimore; and her sister, Larsie Chisholm of Chester.

The family is at the home of her sister, Larsie Chisholm, 155 Cemetery St.

King's Funeral Home, 135 Cemetery St., is in charge.

Ernest Clark

CHESTER - Mr. Ernest Cecil Clark of 130 Lowry St. died Sunday, March 7, 1999, at Chester County Hospital.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Saturday at the Church of the Living God, with the Rev. Willie Haley officiating. Burial will be at the Old Wilson Baptist Church cemetery.

Surviving are his daughter, Carolyn Clark of Chicago; four sons, Curtis Clark, Ronald Clark, Earl Clark and James Anderson, all of Chester; two sisters, Louise Hick and Gertrude Clark of New York; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The body may be viewed from 1 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Christopher King's Funeral Home, 703 Old York Road.

The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Saturday.

The family will receive friends at home.

Chandler Kellin

ROCK HILL - Chandler Mahlon Kellin, the infant son of David and Pam Pitmon Kellin of 3215 Bratton Drive, died Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. today at Oakwood Acres Baptist Church, with the Rev. Rick Sturgis officiating.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two sisters, Stephanie Cooper of the home and Alicia Cooper of Rock Hill; his paternal grandmother, Ruth Smith of Manchester, Tenn.; his paternal grandfather, David M. Kellin and wife, Karie Kellin both of Kerville, Texas.

Bass Funeral Home is in charge.

Frank Goss Jr.

LAKE WYLIE - Mr. Frank Austin Goss Jr., 58, of 1038 Sentinal Oaks Drive died Wednesday, March 10, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.

The memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Good Samaritan United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Randall A. Madsen officiating.

A native of Allegany County, Pa., Mr. Goss was a member of Good Samaritan United Methodist Church.

Surviving are his parents, Frank A. and Berneice B. Goss of the home; and his sister, Marilyn Peterson of Aura, Colo.

The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.

Memorials may be made to Good Samaritan United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 5082, Lake Wylie, SC 29710.
