Charlotte Connolly

REISTERSTOWN, Md. - Mrs. Charlotte T. Connolly, 82, of Reisterstown, formerly of Rock Hill, died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999, at Cherrywood Manor Nursing Home.

The funeral was Saturday at Eline Funeral Home. Burial was at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Frederick, Md.

A native of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mrs. Connolly was the daughter of the late Elwood and Fradelia Terry. She was a secretary with Glenn L. Martin Co. She was a member of Glyndon United Methodist Church. She was the widow of John A. Connolly Sr.

Surviving are her son, John A. Connolly of California; two daughters, Charlotte A. Connolly of Reisterstown and Patricia C. White of Owings Mills, Md.; two sisters, Helen Marsh of Lincoln, Neb., and Georgene Sanders of Rock Hill; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Belva Craig

ROCK HILL - Mrs. Belva McFadden Craig, 83, of 1557 Dunlap Roddey Road, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 1999, at her home.

The graveside service will be 11 a.m. today at Mount Holly United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Mike Raous officiating.

Mrs. Craig was born in Lancaster and retired from the packing department of the Rock Hill Printing & Finishing Co. after 38 years. She was the widow of Buddy Craig and was the daughter of the late Will and Sadie Belk McFadden.

Surviving are her son, Donald Craig of Rock Hill; her daughter, Jean Brakefield of North; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Mount Holly United Methodist Church building fund, 1996 Mount Holly Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Rachel Dutcher

ROCK HILL - Mrs. Rachel Mary Mulkins Dutcher, 92, of 1330 India Hook Road died Monday, March 1, 1999, at Westminster Healthcare.

The graveside service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Wingdale Cemetery in Wingdale, N.Y.

A native of Pawling, N.Y., Mrs. Dutcher was the daughter of the late Henry L. and Annie Mae Slocum Mulkins. She was retired from the Pawling School District and a member of Central Baptist Church, where she was active in the Ladies Aid Society.

Surviving are three sons, Charles H. Dutcher of Fort Mill, Benson V. Dutcher Jr. of Hyde Park, N.Y., and Richard A. Dutcher of Wingdale, N.Y.; four sisters, Gloria Slocum and Blanche Peck, both of Pawling, N.Y., Melvina Millhouse of Sidney, Ohio, and Emmaline Judson of Wingdale, N.Y.; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Horn & Thomes Funeral Home in Pawling.

John Jackson

CARROLLTON, Ga. - Mr. John Harris "Johnny" Jackson, 54, of 158 Oak Mountain Road died Sunday, Feb. 28, 1999.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. today at Oak Mountain Presbyterian Chapel, with Gary Lowe and David Bond officiating. Burial will be at Carroll Memory Gardens.

Mr. Jackson was retired from Lockheed-Martin Corp. He was a member and ruling elder of Oak Mountain Presbyterian Chapel.

Surviving are his wife, Diane Meigs Jackson; his son, Matt Jackson of Rock Hill; his daughter, Shea Fendley of LaGrange, Ga.; his parents, Hilliard and Bernice Jackson of Carrollton; and his brother, Terry Jackson of Carrollton.

The body will be taken to the church at 2 p.m.

Morris McHugh

LYMAN - Mr. Morris Earle McHugh, 85, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 1999, at White Oak Manor in Spartanburg.

The graveside service will be 2 p.m. today at Wood Memorial Park, with the Revs. Dale Sutton, Todd Sutton and J. Thompson officiating.

A native of Greenville County, Mr. McHugh was the son of the late John Earle and Julia Johnson McHugh. He was a retired employee of Lyman Printing and Finishing Co. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Lyman.

Surviving are his wife, Grace Nodine McHugh; two sons, Phillip M. McHugh of Rock Hill and Lamar H. McHugh of Acworth, Ga.; two daughters, Mary Jo Sutton and Phyllis Bullard, both of Lyman; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Choir Robe Fund, First Baptist Church of Lyman, 80 Groce Road, Lyman, SC 29365.

Flora Neal

MANHATTAN, N.Y. - Mrs. Flora Neal of 200 W. 147th St. died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999, at her home.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Brown Chapel AME Zion Church in Chester, with the Rev. Anthony Commodore officiating and the Revs. O.L. Smith, Karon B. Walker and George B. Guy assisting. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

Surviving are her sister, Essie Kennedy of Durham, N.C., and her niece with whom she lived, Virginia Walker.

The family will receive friends at the home of her niece, Ella Mae Walker Reno, 147 Loomis St.

The body may be viewed from noon to 9 tonight and from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Christopher King's Funeral Home, 703 Old York Road, Chester.

The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Daisey Reid

Orlando, Fla. - Ms. Daisey Reid, 81, of 2122 Aaron Ave., formerly of Chester, died Friday, Feb. 26, 1999, at her home.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Gore's Funeral Home.
