Michael Reynolds

LANCASTER - Mr. Michael E. Reynolds, 44, of Concord, N.C., died Thursday, April 16, 1998, at his home.

The funeral will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Mahaffey Funeral Home. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Fort Lawn.

Mr. Reynolds was a professional musician and performed with the Blue Collar Band in Concord.

Surviving are his wife, Patricia Pettit Reynolds; his son, Anthony Sharpe of Concord; two daughters, Linda Pingley of Midland, N.C., and Chrystal Ware of Harrisburg, N.C.; his parents, Tommy and Jackie Reynolds of Charlotte; three brothers, Patrick Reynolds and Jeff Reynolds, both of Charlotte, and Andy Reynolds of Kannapolis, N.C.; his sister, Jill Holmes of Charlotte; and five grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1142, Lancaster, SC 29721.

William Timmons

LANCASTER - Mr. William Rollin "Dub" Timmons, 71, of 3866 Great Falls Highway died Wednesday, April 15, 1998, at Springs Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hartley Funeral Home, with the Rev. Joel Rhyner officiating. Burial will be at Lancaster Memorial Park.

Mr. Timmons was a retired businessman and a member of Second Baptist Church. He was a member of Jackson Masonic Lodge No. 53, the Hejaz Shrine Temple, and the Fraternal Order of Police. He was Cane Creek Magistrate in Lancaster County and was a Navy veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Sybil Bailey Timmons; three sons, William Rollin Timmons Jr. and Barry D. Timmons, both of Orangeburg, and Michael L. Timmons of Lancaster; four daughters, Jeanne Robinson, Linda Timmons, and Pamela Ackerman, all of Lancaster, and Sandra Craig of Orangeburg; two brothers, Vernon Timmons of Charlotte and Marvin Timmons of Lancaster; 19 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Hartley Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.

Eleanor Trimberger

CHARLOTTE - Mrs. Eleanor Trimberger, 87, of 5800 Old Providence Road, Apt. 5201, died Thursday, April 16, 1998, at Presbyterian Hospital.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Greene Funeral Home.

Neal Aldridge

LANCASTER - Mr. Neal Aldridge, 75, of 1810 Concord Lake Road, Kannapolis, N.C., died Thursday, April 16, 1998, at Transitional Health Services.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Good News Free Will Baptist Church, with the Revs. Melvin Adams and Gary Posey officiating. Burial will be at Wolf Pond Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Aldridge was a retired textile worker and a member of Good News Free Will Baptist Church.

Surviving are his two sons, David J. Aldridge of China Grove and Jack C. Aldridge of Landis; two daughters, Joe Lee Rollins of Pageland and Ora Lee Wiley of Rising Sun, Md.; two sisters, Kate Starnes of Lancaster and Lois Milam of Kannapolis, N.C.; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and his great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Cauthen Funeral Home.

Rosa Bradford

GREER - Mrs. Rosa Lee Bradford, 75, of Greer died Thursday, April 16, 1998.

The funeral will be noon Monday at St. James Holiness Church in Inman. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Surviving are Mrs. Bradford's two sisters, Mattie Alexander and Arualue Nesbitt, both of Greer.

Memorials may be made to the Flint Hill Baptist Church Family Life Center Building Fund, 1214 Flint Hill St., Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Robinson Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Eula Crockett

CHESTER - Mrs. Eula Lee Clifton Crockett, 72, of 169 Loomis Street died Sunday, April 12, 1998, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Big Calvary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Rodney Adams officiating. The Rev. J. D. McClurkin will give the eulogy. Burial will at the church cemetery.

Mrs. Crockett, a Chester native, was the widow of Otis Crockett. She was a member of Mount Vernon AME Zion Church. She was a retired domestic worker and food service employee.

Surviving are three sons, Johnny Lee Crockett of Chester and Donald Crockett and Odell Crockett, both of the home; two brothers, Ernest Clifton of Chester and Henry Clifton of Edgemoor; her sister, Matilda Ware of Charlotte; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The body will be taken to the church at 1 p.m. today.

King's Funeral Home is in charge.

Mary Gist

WASHINGTON - Mrs. Mary Ella Gist, 64, formerly of Chester, died Wednesday, April 15, 1998, at Washington Hospital Center.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Blackrock Baptist Church with the Rev. O. L. Smith officiating and the Rev. Moses Lightener assisting. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

A Chester native, Mrs. Gist was a member of Blackrock Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her daughter, Georgia Rambert of Chester; three brothers, James Gist and Eugene Gist, both of New Jersey, and Memphis Gist of Charlotte; four sisters, Mamie Badgett and Esther Canty, both of Washington, Mary Francis Mitchell of Charlotte and Dorothy Dye of Chester; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the home of Lawrence and Georgia Rambert, 970 Holmes Road.

The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Sunday. The body may be viewed from noon to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at King's Funeral Home.
