Robert Foster

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. - Mr. Robert Foster, 66, of Englewood, N.J., formerly of Chester, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999.

The family will be at the home of President Foster of 519 Denton Ave., Chester.

Gore's Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Donald Titus

LANCASTER - Mr. Donald Horner Titus, 81, of 1123 Darlene Blvd. died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, at Springs Memorial Hospital.

A memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday at Temple Baptist Church, with the Revs. Curtis Cameron and Paul Smith officiating.

Mr. Titus served in the Army during World War II. He was a mechanic and machinist. His textile industry experience was sought well after retirement.

Surviving are his wife, Eva C. Titus; two sons, Donald Stephen Titus of Reading, Vt., and Randle B. Titus of Lancaster; two daughters, Lynn M. Clark of Essex Junction, Vt., and Kimberly A. Titus of Elizabethville, Pa.; two stepsons, Howard L. Crickenberger of Unionville, Va., and Ervin Crickenberger of West Palm Beach, Fla.; three stepdaughters, Gladys L. McKeehan of Chouteau, Okla., Eva Diane Martin of Orange, Va., and Catherine F. Smith of Unionville, Va.; three brothers, Stanley Titus of Zepher Hills, Fla., Clifton Titus of Williston, Vt., and El Titus of Watertown, N.Y.; three sisters, Aleta Kolonair of Stowehollow, Vt., Alma Percy of Williston, Vt., and Joyce Sumner of Chateaugay, N.Y.; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at home.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, P.O. Box 1609, Columbia, SC 29202.

Brent Hamrick and Harold Hamrick

ROCK HILL - Brent Chandler Hamrick and Harold Austin Hamrick, the twin infant sons of Kelly Suzanne Hamrick of 1029 Clarkson St., died Monday, Jan. 25, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center.

A graveside service will be 4 p.m. today at Catawba Baptist Church cemetery, with the Rev. Dr. Tommy Huddleston officiating.

Surviving in addition to their mother are their maternal grandparents, Harold and Pat Hamrick of Rock Hill.

The family will receive friends at the graveside and at other times at home.

Memorials may be made to Catawba Baptist Church, 2639 Catawba Church Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Dorothy Maynard

ROCK HILL - Mrs. Dorothy Roach Morton Maynard, 69, of 2815 Bonnybrook Circle died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, at home.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. today at Woodland United Methodist Church, with the Revs. Thomas C. Pietila, Ben L. Barnette and Cooper Stonestreet officiating.

A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Maynard was retired from the Rock Hill school district. She was a member of Woodland United Methodist Church and the Covenant Sunday school class. She was a volunteer at Piedmont Medical Center.

Surviving are her husband, E.D. "Buck" Maynard Jr.; two sons, Michael Morton of Rock Hill and Sammy Morton of Columbia; her daughter, Cathy M. Dawkins of Rock Hill; her stepson, E.D. Maynard III of Chapel Hill, N.C.; her stepdaughter, Bette Franken of Fayetteville, N.C.; her brother, Samuel Ray Roach of Ellenwood, Ga.; two sisters, Iris R. Odell of Morehead City, N.C., and Edna R. McBride of Graylakes, Ill.; three grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at home.

Nellie McCammon

ROCK HILL - Mrs. Nellie Gray McCammon, 63, of 305 Lyle St. died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Eastside Baptist Church, with the Revs. Jimmy Holley and Reggie Hawkins officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Park.

Mrs. McCammon was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was the widow of James Bundy McCammon.

Surviving are her son, James A. "Choogie" McCammon of Edgemoor; three daughters, Fran Hardin of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Donna Belk and Patty Blanks, both of Rock Hill; two brothers, Jimmy Bolin of Rock Hill and C.L. McCoy of Columbia; her sister, Lois Ann Bolin of Florida; 12 grandchildren; and her great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Greene Funeral Home and at the homes of her daughters, Donna Belk, 5256 Greenvalley Road, Newport and Patty Blanks, 305 Lyle St., Rock Hill.

Furman Nash

CLOVER - Mr. Furman Lee Nash, 82, of 374 Griggs Road died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church in Charlotte, with the Revs. Stan Heiser and Paul Ballard officiating. Burial will be at Sharon Memorial Park in Charlotte.

Mr. Nash was retired from Jenkins Electric in Charlotte and was a member of Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church. He was the widower of Faye Eudy Nash.

Surviving are his daughter, Brenda Nash Matthews of Clover; two brothers, David Nash of Monroe, N.C., and Brooks Nash of Charlotte; six sisters, Helen Parker of Charlotte, Hallie Randall of Mooresville, N.C., Eldss Crump of Huntersville, N.C., Annie Bon Simpson of Monroe, N.C., Verla Hinson of Concord, N.C., and Louise Pressley of Indian Trail, N.C.; and his grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at M.L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home in Clover.

Wilma Sims

ROCK HILL - Mrs. Wilma White Sims, 89, of 127 S. Jones Ave. died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 1999, at Ebenezer Nursing Home.

A graveside service will be 11 a.m. today at Laurelwood Cemetery followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Steve Hogg and the Rev. Dr. Sollie Hicks officiating.

A native of Rock Hill, Mrs. Sims was a member and former president of the Beulah Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. She was a member of First Baptist Church and was in the Joy Choir. Mrs. Sims was the widow of John Chalmers Sims.

Surviving are her son, Col. John C. Sims of Camden; her daughter, Mary Sims Long of Rock Hill; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at home.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Forward by Faith, 215 E. Main St., Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Cynthia Tate

GASTONIA, N.C. - Mrs. Cynthia Tate died Sunday, Jan. 24, 1999, at Brian Healthcare Center.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Friday at Clover AME Zion Church, with the Revs. McMillan and Terrance Jones officiating. Burial will be at Clover Community Cemetery.

Surviving is her brother, Leslie Tate of Clover.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3 p.m. Friday at the church and at other times at the home of her brother, Leslie Tate, 735 Kings Mountain St., Clover.

The body may be viewed from 1 to 8 tonight at Generation Funeral Home.
