Carl Eudy

LANCASTER - Mr. Carl Daniel Eudy, 18, of 2721 Dusty Trail Lane died Monday, Dec. 7, 1998, at Springs Memorial Hospital.

The funeral will be 4 p.m. Thursday at Unity ARP Church, with the Rev. Dr. Guy Smith officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

Mr. Eudy was a graduate of Buford High School and was attending York Technical College. He was an employee of Springs Industries Customer Service Center, a member of Unity ARP Church and was lead singer of the Childlike Faith Band.

Surviving are his parents, Carl Douglas and Debra Langley Eudy of Lancaster; his sister, Jade Deanna Eudy of Lancaster; his paternal grandparents, Evelyn and Earl Eudy of Heath Springs; and his maternal grandmother, Juanita Langley of Lancaster.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Mahaffey Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to Unity ARP Church Young People's Christian Union or the Music Fund, 3495 Unity Church Road, Lancaster, SC 29720.

Roy Gray

CHESTER - Mr. Roy Gray, 49, of 570 Roundtree Circle died Saturday, Dec. 5, 1998, at Chester County Hospital.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at King's Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Stringfellow Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Gray was a Chester native and attended Calvary Baptist and Brooklyn AME Zion churches. He attended the public schools of Chester County. He was a former employee of Essex.

Surviving are his mother, Rosa H. Gray of the home; his brother, Thomas Gray Jr. of Salisbury, N.C.; four sisters, Elizabeth Lowery and Fanetta Strong, both of Chester, Polly Gray of Somerset, N.J., and Betty Gray of Greensboro, N.C.

The family will receive friends at home.

The body may be viewed from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday at King's Funeral Home.

John Greene

CLOVER - Mr. John Robert "J.R." Greene, 43, of 2186 M.F. Stewart Road died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1998, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Smith Funeral Home in Winder, Ga., with the Rev. Buck Burdette officiating. Burial will be at Barrow Memorial Gardens in Winder.

Mr. Greene was employed by Fairfield Century 21 in Fort Mill.

Surviving are his wife, Susan Donald; his son, Justin Greene of Elberton, Ga.; four daughters, Angel Greene Moore, Amanda Lynn Greene, April Lynn Greene and Alicia Lynn Greene, all of La Grange, Ga.; his father, John Robert Greene Sr. of Atlanta; his mother, Penelope G. Andrews Rosser of Helen, Ga.; two stepsons, Danny Donald and Ryan Donald, both of Clover; his stepdaughter, Brooke Donald of Clover; and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at M.L. Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Clover.

George Jennings

ROCK HILL - Mr. George Moses Jennings, 51, of 1223 Green St. Extension died Sunday, Dec. 6, 1998, at Union Regional Medical Center in Monroe, N.C.

The funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Boyd Hill Baptist Church, with the Rev. C.H. Williams officiating and Evangelist Calvin Burris and Minister Hazel Hill assisting. The Rev. B.R. Wilson will give the eulogy. Burial will be at Barber Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Jennings was formerly employed at Pepsi Cola Co. He was a member of Boyd Hill Church, where he was a member of the Mass Choir.

Surviving are his son, Darren Tyron Jones of Rock Hill; three sisters, Georgia H. Hoyles, Fannie J. Hinton and Willie Frances Burris, all of Rock Hill; his special friend, Dorothy M. Johnson; and his grandchild.

The body may be viewed from 2 to 6 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at Parker Funeral Home.

The body will be taken to the church at 1 p.m. Thursday.

The family will receive friends at 2 p.m. Thursday at the church at other times at the home of Georgia H. Hoyles, 1223 Green St. Ext., Rock Hill.

Nenner Kennedy

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Mrs. Nenner Kennedy, 71, of 1282 Bohannan Circle, formerly of York, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 1998, at a Winston-Salem hospital.

The funeral will be 11 a.m. today at Union Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Connie Robinson officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery.

Surviving are two daughters, Wendy Kennedy of Winston-Salem and Gayle Costner of Georgia; her son, Al Kennedy of Winston-Salem; her sister, Eluise Rawlinson of York; her brother, Jess Femester of Cleveland; seven grandchildren, and her great-grandchild.

Russell Funeral Home of Winston-Salem is in charge.

Thompson Funeral Home of York is in charge of local arrangements.

Albert Mosley

RICHBURG - Mr. Albert L. "Pete" Mosley, 63, of 2052 Mountain Gap Road died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1998, at home.

The funeral will be 3 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Richburg, with the Rev. Danny Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Lando Cemetery.

Mr. Mosley was an employee of Leroy Springs Golf Course in Chester. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Richburg.

Surviving are his wife, Doris K. Mosley; three sons, Wayne Mosley of Edgemoor, and Ronnie Mosley and Rusty Mosley, both of Richburg; three daughters, Patty Barrineau of Gray Court, and Sandra Huffstickler and Diane Shelley, both of Richburg; two brothers, Ed Mosley and Jack Mosley, both of Kershaw; three sisters, Lola Joyner, Dorothy Outen and Henrietta Watts, all of Kershaw; 14 grandchildren, and his great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Greene Funeral Home and at other times at home.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, youth fund, 165 Main St., Richburg, SC 29729.

Joanne Poucley

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - Mrs. Joanne Chisholm Poucley, 52, formerly of Rock Hill, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 1998, at her home in Brooklyn.

The funeral will will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Unity Temple Church of God in Brooklyn. Burial will be in Brooklyn.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph Poucley; two daughters, Kimberly Poucley and Beyonka Poucley, both of the home; her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Joseph Chisholm of Brooklyn; two brothers, Alphonso Chisholm of Altanta and Alonzo Chisholm of Boston; and three sisters, Carrie Ryes and Bettye Ingram, both of Brooklyn, and Kathy Chisholm of Kokomo, Ind.

Woodside Funeral Home, 918 Gates Ave., Brooklyn is in charge.

Robinson Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
