There was never a dull moment after that in his parents little four-room home when the kids learned to play and sing together.
Never a discouraging word from Mom or Dad to "Please lay those guitars down for awhile".

Written in his own words sums up his life's battles.
"I had my share of life's ups and downs; I'd follow a ways and then turn back around.
I was searching for something I just couldn't find. Then one day, I put my life on the line.
The road will be long with many a bend, Your new home is waiting, when you reach the end.
Finally I'm free, I'm saved at last. My sins are forgiven; It's all in the past.
Many a heartache has been turned around. No more looking back
'Cause I'm HEAVEN BOUND."
