LARRY J. WEBB
Larry J. Webb, age 57 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2003 in Texas. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Annette Webb; daughters and sons-in-law, April Michelle and Foy L. Morton of Friendsville, Chrissie Julia and Mark Williamson of Maryville; parents, Judson and Helen Webb; granddaughter, Alexandria Nicole Williamson and Elizabeth Leigh Williamson; stepgrandchildren, Lynn Morton and wife, Kim, Lacy Morton; great-stepgrandchild, Haven Marie Morton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles R. and Ruth Webb of Jackson, Michael S. and Janie Webb of Harriman; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Ann and Harold Hicken of Alabama, Patricia Sue and Dempsey Pollard of Alabama; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 10, 2003, at Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. Audrey Jean Allison, age 61 of Louisville passed away Saturday afternoon, September 6, 2003 at Fort-Sanders Parkwest Medical Center. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Preceded in death by mother, Mildred Brown; father, Robert Randles; brother, G.A. Randles.
SURVIVORS: Husband of 43 years, Paul E. Allison; daughter and son-in-law, Lynda and Fritz Gerke of Fla.; sons, Robert A. Allison of Hawaii, Charles Edward Allison of Wisconsin; grandchildren, John Paul Gerke, Michael Gerke, Kenny Allison, Amelia Allison, Larissa Allison; sisters, Pamela Kay Smith of Maryville, Cora Gail Kelly of Powell, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet at Clark's Grove cemetery at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning, September 9, 2003 for graveside service and interment Rev. Jim Millsaps officiating. Shrilynn Lee Gregory Whitehead
Shrilynn Lee Gregory Whitehead, age 62, of Maryville, died Friday, September 5, 2003 at Blount Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her sons, Ronald Lynn Whitehead of Maryville and Marty Lynn Whitehead of Madisonville; daughter, Misty Michelle Whitehead; parents, Claude and Agnes Gregory; brother, Larry Gregory; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Richard Headrick, all of Maryville; grandchildren, Shane and Bailey Whitehead; one aunt, one uncle, nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at Dotson Memorial Cemetery, 814 Dotson Memorial Road, Maryville, with the Rev. John Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery. Family and friends may call at their convenience to Dotson Funeral Home, 4838 Wildwood Road, Wildwood. GLADYS VIRGINIA HADDOX
Gladys Virginia Haddox, age 98 of Blount County died suddenly on August 31, 2003 at Shannondale Assisted Living. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church and a volunteer for a number of years in the church library. Miss Haddox was the librarian at Everett High School and retired from the Blount County School System in 1970 after 41 years of service. She received a B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee and a degree in library science from Peabody College, now Vanderbilt University. She was a longstanding active member of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, a professional society of women educators and the Andrew Bogle Chapter of the National Society of The Daughters of the American Revolution. She served these organizations in a variety of ways and received national recognition for some of her contributions. She enjoyed traveling and took advantage of her retirement to see other parts of the United States, Canada and Central America.
She is preceded in death by her father, James Newman Haddox, the owner of Little River Creamery and President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Knoxville and her mother, Nella Jane Hart Haddox. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas R. Haddox and Charles William Haddox, sister, Troy Mae Haddox, sister-in-law, Dorothy Haddox and nephew, Charles William Haddox, Jr.
She is survived by her nephew, James Thomas Haddox and his wife, Mary Ellen Wetta Haddox.
Family and friends will meet by 12:45 PM Monday at Mount Olive Baptist Church cemetery for a 1:00 PM graveside service with Rev. Deron Cobb officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday at Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel.

Betty Lou Whitehead, age 57 of Maryville passed away Saturday morning, September 6, 2003 at the family home.

Paul D. Harness, age 57 of Maryville died Thursday, September 4, 2003 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Unity Full Gospel Church. preceded in death by: Parents, Felin & Hattie Harness; Brothers, R.D. Harness and J.T. Harness.

Cecil Mae Lambert, age 85 of Maryville died Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. She was born and raised in Cades Cove. Mrs. Lambert worked for U.T. Hospital for 19 years and several years at Levis Strauss.
Preceded in death by: first husband, Willard H. Everett; son, William H. Everett; sisters, Laura, Iva Lee Quiett, Anabell White; brothers, John Luther Burchfield, Leonard Burchfield, Roy Burchfield.
Survivors include: husband, Mayford Lambert; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Mary Beth Everett of Thayer, MO and Charles and Sue Everett of New Albany, IN; daughter, Margaret Joyce Everett of Knoxville; daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Charles Gold of Bartonville, IL; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 8 step-grandchildren, 15 step-great-grandchildren; brothers, Elmer Burchfield and George Burchfield both of Maryville; step-children, Jean Sutton, Pat Whitfield, and Larry Lambert.
