Colene Farmer, age 66 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. Member of Grace Community Church.
Preceded in death by brother, John D. Floyd; 'IN LOVING MEMORY OF OUR PRECIOUS WIFE, MOTHER & GRANDMOTHER'.
Survivors: husband, Don Farmer; daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn Reagan and Randy, Laura Lynn and Rick; grandchildren, Jordan, Natalie, Emily and Will Reagan, William, Heather and Ashley Lynn; sisters, Dorothy Kuberek, Rosemary Strickland, Hazel Whaley, Sylvia Myers, Dorothy Hembree, Shirley Walker; brothers, Jim and Kenneth Sullivan, Millard Floyd, Edward and Dennis Sullivan.
Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Saturday Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Mark S. Little and Rev. George Gilbert officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel.
DORA DALE BRYANT GUINN
Dora Dale Bryant Guinn, age 93, of Asbury Acres in Maryville, formerly of Lenoir City returned to God on July 16, 2003. Born on November 9, 1909 Sardis, Henderson County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of John M. Bryant and Eudora Outlaw Bryant and Beulah B. Bryant. She was a member of Kodak United Methodist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Frank J. Guinn and a daughter, Anne-Dale Guinn Criss; sisters, Geneva B. Rowland, Elizabeth B. Freeman, and Peggy Murphree; brother, John M. Bryant, Jr.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John F. and Karen H. Guinn of Dandridge, TN. Her grandchildren, Lee Anne G. Hall and husband, Jeff of Seymour, TN, Virginia G. Wyatt and husband, Jerry of Sevierville, TN; and Jon D. Guinn of Madison, WI; her great-grandchildren, Doug, Sam, and Sophie Hall, Jed and Lily Wyatt; a sister, Nell B. Conditt of Virginia; and a sister-in-law, Anne J. Bryant of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews and dear friends. She served with her husband overseas assignments for the U.S. Department of Commerce in Ethiopia, Sudan, Thailand, and Laos. Dora was an avid cook and homemaker and worked in the food service departments of Farragut and Doyle Schools and Shannondale Health Care Center.
Her family would like to offer special thanks and recognition to the nurses and staff of Asbury Acres Health Center at 'The Garden' for their compassionate, loving care.
Services will be held on Friday, July 18, 2003 at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City with the family receiving friends from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and a Celebration of Life at 3:00 lead by Rev. Ty Harrison. Burial will follow at Lenoir City Cemetery.

Pauline Harris, age 79, widow of Ted Harris, of Alcoa, formerly of Tellico Plains, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2003 at her home. Member of Mt. Isabella Baptist Church, Tellico Plains.
Preceded in death by sons, Bobby and Ivan Harris; grandson, Todd Dykes; parents, Bill and Edith Gourley; brothers, Junior, Carl and Robert Gourley.
Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Blain Dykes; son and daughter-in-law, Billy Joe and Debbie Harris, all of Alcoa; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Beecher Gourley, Maryville; special niece, Alla Lee Dykes, Tellico Plains.

ROBERT GENE PAYNE
Robert Gene Payne, of Maryville, died Wednesday, July 16, 2003, at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. He was a Baptist and was preceded in death by his father, Herbert L. Payne.
Survivors include his mother, Hope C. Payne of Maryville; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandy and Jon Puryear of Texas, Danielle and Scott Mills and Dawn and Tim Claiborne all of Oneida, TN; 3 granddaughters; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Cecil Byers of Knoxville and Pat and Bob Carroll of Maryville.
Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Carpenters cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Jon Puryear officiating.
The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery or friends may call at their convenience at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.

ELLA PAYNE DELAY
Ella Payne DeLay, of Alcoa, passed away Monday, July 14, 2003, at Asbury Acres Health Center. She was a member of Alcoa First Baptist Church, was retired from ALCOA. A member of the 25 Year Club and was an active member in Eastern Star, holding several offices. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom M. DeLay; parents, G.S. and Hattie Gartland Payne; brothers, George Payne and Herbert Payne.
Survivors include three sisters, Loretta Christie of Maryville, Ruby McFee of Alcoa and Cathern Tucker of Tellico Village; several nieces and nephews; special friends and caregivers, Richard and Lois Patterson.
Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Grandview cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Clifton Hearon officiating. DAVID WAYNE HIPPS
David Wayne Hipps, precious infant son of Ernest and Johnnie Hipps of Louisville, TN, passed away Monday afternoon, July 14, 2003, at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Robert Hipps.
Survivors include: parents, Ernest and Johnnie Phelps Hipps; one brother, John Robert Hipps; three sisters, Elizabeth Jane Hipps, Debra Jo Hipps, Kathy Lee Hipps and one half sister, Brandy Hipps Millsaps and husband, Trent Millsaps; grandmother, Willie Hipps; grandparents, Ralph and Jackie Phelps; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will meet at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Holston College cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. John Russell officiating. McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home in charge of arrangements 982-6812.
MARY ELIZABETH ROULETTE ROACH
Mary Elizabeth Roulette Roach, age 78, of Union County, formerly of Maryville passed away Monday July 14, 2003 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred W. Roulette; two sons, Buddy Wesley and Roger Roulette; two daughters, Juanita Roulette and Mildred Davis.
Survivors include her: son and daughter-in-law, R.F. and Barbara Roulette; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and William (Bill) Blevins; daughter and son-in-law, Janie and Steve Amburn; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville with Rev. Tyson Matoy and Rev. William Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home. Family and Friends will meet at the Funeral Home Thursday, July 17, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. to proceed to Clarks Grove cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service.
MIKKI BOYATT
Mikki Boyatt, age 52 of Maryville, died Monday, July 14, 2003. She was the daughter of Rupert Boyatt, deceased, and Vera Ross Boyatt; and the sister of Mark and Nancy Boyatt of Fayetteville, NC, and Mike and Linda Boyatt of Maryville. She is also survived by, aunts and uncles, Ben and Frances Ross of Maryville, Agnes Ross of Maryville, Verlia Boyatt of Maryville, Betty and Claude Best of Athens; and by nephews, Chris, Ben, Jamie, Ted and Tom Boyatt; and numerous cousins.
She formerly taught in Christian schools in Indiana and Knoxville. She was an active member of West Park Baptist Church and taught in Children's Church. She loved her 3- and 4-year-old children. She was an active participant in the Blount County Sheriff's Senior Outreach Program, Mr. Robinson's Community String Orchestra and was very active in several regional planning committees. Mikki was in the final stages of organizing The East Tennessee Rural Heritage Learning Center.
Mikki was a seven-year kidney transplant survivor and a 35-year survivor of diabetes and a 12-year cancer survivor.
The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with a Celebration of Her Life following at 7:00 p.m.
Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Grandview cemetery for the interment service.
