Survivors: Mary Elizabeth 'Betty' King of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Alice J. Hardin, Atlanta; son, Charles P. Hardin, Cincinnati; two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

McCROSKEY, C. MARIE, 75, Maryville, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, at the family home. She was retired from Levi Strauss & Co.
Survivors: son, Randall McCroskey, Maryville; three grandchildren; brothers, Bill Allen of El Paso, Texas, John Allen of Knoxville, James Allen of North Charleston, S.C.; sisters, Ella Mae Carrigan of Alcoa, June Terry of Elkmont, Ala., Bernice DeSimone of Wapole, N.H.
Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Friday at Smith Mortuary. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.

BROWN, DENA S., Maryville, died Thursday, Feb. 1, at her home. She was retired from First American Bank.
Survivors: son, Robert 'Bo' Brown of Maryville; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. The family will receive friends in the Parish Hall following the service. Arrangements by McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.

CHRISTOPHER, IRENE GODFREY, 84, Maryville, died at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, at Blount Memorial Hospital.
Survivors: daughters, Dorothy Christopher, Maryville, Geraldine Haworth, Maryville; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 7 p.m. today at Smith Mortuary. Family and friends will assemble at 10 a.m. Saturday at Clarks Grove cemetery for the interment. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the mortuary.

GREGORY, JAMES, 50, Maryville, died Thursday, Feb. 1, at Blount Memorial Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Smith Mortuary.

HOUSTON, MITCHELL L., 92, Maryville, died Wednesday evening, Jan. 31, at Blount Memorial Hospital.
Survivors: sisters, Golda Myers, Maryville, and Maggie Spence, Alcoa.
Funeral service 7 p.m. today at Miller Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Carpenters Campground Methodist Church cemetery for the interment service. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

IVEY, ALICE T., 76, Maryville, died Thursday, Feb. 1, at Blount Memorial Hospital.
Survivors: son, Lee Ivey, Maryville; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Jessie Ray of Texas. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Grandview Cemetery. Smith Mortuary.

LONG, TAMMY EDWINA HAMBY, 37, Alcoa, died Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 31, at the family home.
Survivors: husband, James E. Long; mother, Bertha Hamby, Maryville; father, Clayton Hamby; brother, Steven Hamby, Maryville; grandmothers, Geneva Hightower and Lucille Hamby both of Maryville.
Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Dotson Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

POPELKA, PATRICIA J., 58, Maryville, formerly of Lake Geneva, Wis., died on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. She was employed by Goody's Family Clothing Store in Maryville.
Survivors: three daughters, Tammy Privara, Mary Buck, both of Maryville, and Patty O'Rourke, Madison, Wis.; six grandchildren; sisters, Elizabeth Tepley, Cleveland, Ohio, Mary Gosse, Boulder Junction, Wis. Teresa Greskoviak, Itasca, Ill., Barbara DuLaney, Mt. Carroll, Ill., Rita Popelka and Margaret Downing, both of Lake Geneva, Wis.; brothers, Tony Popelka, Richland Center, Wis., John Popelka, Edward Popelka, Robert Popelka, Vincent Popelka, Spring Grove, Ill., Joseph Popelka, Johnsburg, Ill.
A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter Catholic Church, Spring Grove, Wis., at 11 a.m. Monday. Entombment will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Spring Grove Funeral Chapel, Spring Grove, Ill., on Sunday, with a rosary service held at 5 p.m.

STICHLER, REBECCA, 71, Maryville, died Thursday, Feb. 1, at Blount Memorial Hospital. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Memorial Funeral Home.

BREEDEN, WILLIAM JOE (BILL),

60, of Calhoun, Ga., a native of Blount County, died Thursday, May 3, at his residence. He was a welder with Southern Machine and Fabrication Co.
Survivors: wife, Carolyn Sue Rasar Breeden; three sons, Troy Breeden of Chatsworth, Ga., George Breeden of Calhoun, Ga., Jeff Breeden of Resaca, Ga.; mother, Grace Irene Breeden of Calhoun, Ga.; two sisters, Marie Hughes of Calhoun, Ga., and Debbie Scott of Woodstock, Ga.; brother, Jimmy Breeden of Calhoun, Ga.; nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, Calhoun, Ga. Interment will follow in Chandler Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday.

BURNETTE, JEREMY SCOTT 'WORM, ' 18, of Maryville died Thursday, May 3, at Blount Memorial Hospital.
Survivors: parents, Clay Burnette and Cindy Rowland of Greenback and Maryville; brother, Jason Burnette; stepbrother, Adam Bish; half-brother, Chance Burnette; step-sister, Mindy Bish; grandparents, Anna Lee Crisp and Faye and Eddie Burnette; a special friend, Sheena Headrick.
Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 2 p.m. Sunday at New Providence Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Saturday at Smith Mortuary. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary.

COSTNER, JOSEPH EDWIN, 89, of Maryville, died Thursday, May 3 at Asbury Health Center. He was a former ALCOA supervisor and real estate developer.
Survivors: wife, Shirley W. Costner of Maryville; children, Gayle Fey of Madison, Joe Costner of Maryville and Jan Nichols of Maryville; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 6 to 8 p.m. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home in Maryville. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday Magnolia Cemetery.

HUTTON, MARY R., 79, of Friendsville, died Wednesday, May 2, at Colonial Hills Nursing Center. She was a registered nurse and was a supervisor in the Surgery Department at Doctors' Hospital and Blount Memorial Hospital.
Graveside service and interment will be at 2 p.m. today at Big Springs Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Friends may call until 1 p.m. today at Miller Funeral Home.

LETOURNEAU, DR. BERNARD, 74, of Maryville, died Wednesday, May 2, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a retired osteopathic physician.
Survivors: wife, Florence Letourneau; son, Alan Letourneau of Maryville; daughters, Carole Foy, Vicki Glover, both of Maryville; four grandchildren; brother, Marcel Letourneau of New York.
Funeral mass will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Family and friends will assemble at 11 a.m. Monday at Grandview cemetery for interment. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Smith Mortuary.

MCFALL, BARBARA JEAN BROWN, 67, of Friendsville, died Wednesday, May 2, at Blount Memorial Hospital.
Survivors: husband, Troy J. McFall; sons, Troy G. McFall, David R. McFall, Ricky D. McFall and Terry D. McFall; nine grandchildren; brother, James Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. today at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Zions Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

BARNEBEE, ROBERT K., 43 of Austell, Ga., formerly of Maryville, died Monday, April 30, in Atlanta.
Survivors: parents, Harold Jr. and Wanda Sue Barnebee of Austell, Ga.; brother, Harold W. Barnebee III of Alcoa; sisters, Alice Jean Barnebee, Lisa Barnebee, Susan Halifax, all of Austell, Ga.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home then proceed to Clark's Grove cemetery for a 2 p.m. graveside service.
