The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. There was a cremation, and there will be a memorial service at the convenience of the family.
PARTON, WANDA MAE, 72, Maryville, died Wednesday, May 9, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was retired from Levi's.
Survivors: sons, Homer Jr. Parton of Seymour, Charlie Parton of Maryville; daughters, Carolyn Parton and Edna Reagan, both of Maryville; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Opal Hodges and Katherine Johnson.
Funeral service will be at 8 p.m. today at Smith Mortuary. Family and friends will assemble at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at East Maryville Baptist Church cemetery for the interment. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.

Interment will be in Union Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at Fairview United Methodist Church at 6:30 p.m. today. The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service. Friends may also visit the family at the home of Brenda and Ernie Medlin at 3113 Mint Road.
