Memorial services for Mr. Charles Kenneth Cole, 67, were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2004, at Nashville National Cemetery.
Mr. Cole died Friday, November 5.

IMA GENE (DANNER) DAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Ima Gene (Danner) Day, 76, of Centerville, IN, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, November 17, 2004, from the chapel of Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory in Anderson, IN.
Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery in Anderson with Rev. Robert Cox officiating.
Mrs. Day died Monday, November 15 at Pinehurst Nursing Home in Centerville. She was a nurse at both St. John's Health System and Community Hospital. She was a member of Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Laurel, IN, and the Red Cross.
Born June 12, 1928, in Livingston, she was the daughter of the late William Benton and Emma Avo (Carmack) Danner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Day, who passed away December 9, 2002; three brothers, Ira Danner, Alfred Danner, and Floyd Danner; and a sister, Clara Ward.
Survivors include three children, Don Day of Anderson, Dan Day and his wife, Cindy, of Cookeville, and Phyllis Elizabeth Malone and her husband, Kevin, of Rushville, IN; four sisters, Anna Mae Hogue, Mildred Savage, and Faye Hultberg, all of Livingston, and Ione Ward of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Aaron Day of Anderson, Danny Day, enlisted in the United States Coast Guard and stationed in Guam, Danieal Day and Tad Phillips, both of Cookeville, and Dakota Malone and Micah Malone, both of Rushville; four step-grandchildren, Keith Malone, Scarrlet Malone, Sandra Malone, and Shane Malone; one great grandchild; a special niece, Judy; and several other nieces and nephews.

ORA MAI GRACE
Funeral services for Mrs. Ora Mai Grace, 91, of Livingston, were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 13, 2004, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Overton County Memorial Gardens with Rev. Larry Thomas and Rev. Terry Geren officiating.
Mrs. Grace died Wednesday, November 10 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Allons Baptist Church, Overton County Retired Teachers Association, and Allons Baptist Church Senior Citizens Group.
Born October 22, 1913, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Minnis and Faytima (Maynord) Barlow.
Survivors include her husband, Stuart H. Grace of Livingston; and several nieces and nephews.

RONALD GLEN HAWKINS
Mr. Ronald Glen Hawkins, 49, of Livingston, died Wednesday, November 10 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was a construction worker.
Born November 26, 1954, in Clay County, he was the son of the late William Truman and Lola Savannah (Coffman) Hawkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James Hawkins and Jesse Hawkins.
Survivors include a brother, Bob Hawkins of Livingston; five sisters, Maxine Ramsey, Mary Dodson, Brenda Massingale, and Ina Ledbetter, all of Livingston, and Thelma Sullivan of Rickman; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Funeral services will be held at a later date.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby F. Dickerson, 80, of Dayton, OH, and formerly of Overton County, were conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 11, 2004, from the Beavercreek Chapel of Tobias Funeral Home in Dayton.
Burial was in Valley View Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kathy Horne officiating.
Mrs. Dickerson died Wednesday, December 8 at her home.She was retired after 32 years with Inland Manufacturing.
She was the daughter of the late Wesley and Minnie (Brown) Flatt. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert R. Dickerson on July 27, 1993; two brothers, Rudolph Flatt and Dewey Flatt; and a sister, Jewel Ledbetter.
Survivors include a son, Charles E. Dickerson and his wife, Jane M., of Clear Creek Township, OH; two daughters, Brenda K. Price of Kettering, OH, and Connie J. Schneider of Columbus, OH; two brothers, Leon Flatt and his wife, Reba, and Rajoe Flatt and his wife, Virginia; three sisters, Goldia Buck, Pearl Roberts and her husband, Joe, and Velsie Jackson and her husband, Paul; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Dillon died Monday, December 6 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Livingston.
Born May 14, 1926, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Robert and Fairy (Lynn) Lee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clure Dillon; a son, Shirley Fred Dillon; two brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include a son, Bruce Dillon and his wife, Candy, of Livingston; five daughters, Velma Allen and her husband, Larsen, and Betty Allen Roberson and her husband, Rick, all of Livingston, Carolyn Smith and her husband, Jackie, of Hilham, Patt Judd and her husband, Marshall, of Algood, and Vickie Burgess and her husband, Eddie, of Murfreesboro; two brothers, Bud Lee of Springfield, OH, and Bryant Lee of Centerville, OH; two sisters, Geneva Fields of Dayton, OH, and Oma Evers of Los Angeles, CA; 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

DAMON HOWARD GORE
Funeral services for Mr. Damon Howard Gore, 59, of Madison and formerly of the Timothy Community, were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 9, 2004, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.

Mr. Gore died Monday, December 6 at St. Thomas Hospital. He worked for Tennessee Department of Transportation and was a member of Allons Baptist Church.
Born July 19, 1945, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Charles T. and Sibyl (Howard) Gore.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Gore of Madison; two brothers, Donald Charles Gore of Hilham and Tommy Gore and his wife, Patricia, of Rickman; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Brenda Gilpatrick and Michael and Lisa McClain, all of Celina; uncle and aunts, Carey and Edna Gore of Livingston and Christine Ledbetter of Cookeville; three nephews, Mark Gore, David Gore, and Brandon Gilpatrick; and two nieces, Rebecca Gore and Selissa Gore.

Mr. Gore died Friday, December 10 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was affiliated with the Freewill Baptist Church.
Born February 15, 1980, in Overton County, he was the son of Ronnie Oral Gore of Livingston and Laura Ellen (Hargis) Gore Diamond of Allons. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Oral Gore.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his grandparents, Eddie and Joyce Hargis and Gladys Bohannon, all of Livingston; his great grandmother, Laura Dixon of Rickman; his step-father, Chris Diamond of Allons; a sister, Shannon Britt of Rickman; and a step-brother, Christopher Diamond of Allons.

ROBERT LOWELL GUNNELS
Funeral services for Mr. Robert Lowell Gunnels, 73, of McMinnville, were conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, December 13, 2004, from the chapel of High Funeral Home in McMinnville.

Mr. Gunnels died Friday, December 10 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville after an extended illness. He was a retired printer from Womack Printing Company and a United States Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was affiliated with New Union United Methodist Church.
Born December 27, 1930, in Overton County, he was the son of the late John and Tela (Peterman) Gunnels.
Survivors include two sons, John Gunnels and Tim Gunnels, both of Nashville; a brother, Warren Gunnels of Black Canyon City, AZ; his companion, Peggy Maxson of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews.

ELMER J. "BLACKIE" JENKINS
Funeral services for Mr. Elmer J. "Blackie" Jenkins, 60, of Celina, were conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2004, from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Celina.

Mr. Jenkins died Friday, December 10 at Cumberland River Hospital. He was a farmer.
Born September 27, 1944, in Moss, he was the son of the late John B. Jenkins and Flora LeAnn Price.
Survivors include a daughter, Crystal Gravins and her husband, Wendell, of Red Boiling Springs; three brothers, Delmer Jenkins and Delmon Jenkins, both of Moss, and Delmes Jenkins of Red Boiling Springs; and four sisters, Thelma Mitchell of Red Boiling Springs, Delma Crawford of Moss, and Amy Crawford and Mamie Rich, both of Celina.

Ms. Parsons died Wednesday, December 8 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was an LPN at Livingston Regional Hospital for more than 25 years and was a member of Monroe Christian Church.
Born September 1, 1927, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Alberta (McDonald) Beaty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Woodrow Beaty, Johnny C. Beaty, and J.D. Beaty.
Survivors include two sons, Dr. Buckie Parsons and his wife, Lamoine, and Rickie Parsons and his wife, Cathy, all of Livingston; a daughter, Cathy Jolley and her husband, Robert, of Livingston; 10 grandchildren, Beth Parsons, Katie Bilbrey, Melissa Copeland, Dr. Buckie D. Parsons II, Annette Norrod, Bert Jolley, Lori Jolley, Matthew Jolley, Andy Parsons, Cayce Clark, and Cory Parsons; and 11 great grandchildren.
