LILLIE MAE (WALKER) MEADOWS
Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Mae (Walker) Meadows, 77, of Livingston, were conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2004, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Good Hope cemetery with Bro. Nolan Cantrell officiating.
Mrs. Meadows died Sunday, September 19 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a retired factory worker, a homemaker, and a member of First Baptist Church.
Born May 20, 1927, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Wiley and Rosie (Thrasher) Walker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Meadows.
Survivors include her husband, James E. Meadows of Livingston; four sons, Bronnie Meadows of Livingston, Rod Meadows of Monroe, Clifton Meadows of Franklin, IN, and Donald Meadows of Trafalgar, IN; a daughter, Barbara (Meadows) Hake of Hendersonville, NC; a sister, Opal Walker Nolan; 11 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Mark Meadows, James Walker, Ryan Meadows, Jason Meadows, Josh Meadows, Steven Walker, Ronnie Walker, and Ken Hake.

WILLIAM C. (BILL) LANGFORD
Funeral services for Mr. William C. "Bill" Langford, 78, of Livingston, were conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial was in Maxwell Chapel cemetery with Rev. Tom Halliburton and Rev. Craig Green officiating.
Mr. Langford died Tuesday, March 18 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He worked with the Department of Transportation. He was also a barber, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, and a member of Livingston First United Methodist Church.
Born March 24, 1924, in Overton County, he was the son of the late George L. and Ethel (Boles) Langford.
Survivors include his wife, Geneva Langford of Livingston; a daughter, Lisa Allen and husband, Jake, of Livingston; and a brother-in-law, Aubrey Allen of Cookeville.
Pallbearers were John Carlock, Billy Jim Little, Lon Gilpatrick, Bland Speck, Jerry Windle, and Carl Peterman.

BILLY F. BILYEU
Funeral services for Mr. Billy F. Bilyeu, 70, of Hilham, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 21, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Campground cemetery with Rev. Dewey Glenn Masters officiating.
Mr. Bilyeu died Friday, September 19 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was a boat builder and a veteran of the United States Army.
Born May 12, 1933, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Edd and Dora (Johnson) Bilyeu. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Jewel Dean Bilyeu; and two brothers, Bobby Bilyeu and Donnie Bilyeu.
Survivors include his wife, Cozetta Bilyeu of Hilham; a brother, Maxie Bilyeu of Hilham; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn Bilyeu and Shelby Bilyeu, both of Hilham; a nephew, Randy Bilyeu; and three nieces, Denise King, Dora Beth Huddleston, and Donna Paul.
Pallbearers were Gary McDonald, Larry McDonald, Jeff McDonald, Bobby Carter, Donnie Webb, and Gary Kem.

ROBERT O. BOWERS
Funeral services for Mr. Robert O. Bowers, 69, of Grandledge, MI, and formerly of Overton County, were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Joseph Stover cemetery in Monroe with Rev. Thurman Seber officiating.
Mr. Bowers died Saturday, September 20 at Pines Healthcare in Lansing, MI. He was a heavy equipment operator with the Washtenaw Road Commission, a member of Saline Road Missionary Church of Ann Arbor, MI, and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Born November 28, 1933, in Overton County, he was the son of the late William H. and Essie (Stover) Bowers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Leon Bowers and Alpho Bowers.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Bowers of Ypsilanti, MI; three daughters, Sherry Bowers, Brenda Bowers, and Debbie Jarrell, all of Ypsilanti; a brother, Boyd Bowers of Grandledge; two sisters, Anna Laura Seber of Liberty and Maggie Rose Decker of Skaneateles, NY; and two grandchildren, Heather Jarrell and Jack Jarrelll.

Funeral services for Mrs. Eula (Brown) Coffman, 88, of Cookeville, were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2003, from the chapel of Whitson Funeral Home in Cookeville. Burial was in Old Union cemetery with Bro. Jim Blankenship and Bro. Steve Reeder officiating.
Mrs. Coffman died Saturday, July 19 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was a homemaker.
Born March 15, 1915, in Hilham, she was the daughter of the late James M. and Ellie Isabell (Gaw) Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Coffman; four brothers, Rayford Brown, Herbert Brown, Rady Brown, and an infant; and two sisters, Isma Brown and Fannie Myrtle Brown.
Survivors include a son, William D. Coffman of Cookeville; two daughters, Reba McNeal and husband, Clifford, and Marie Coffman, all of Cookeville; a brother, Haskell Brown of Celina; five sisters, Auda Abney, Vula Daniels, and Zella Daniels, all of Lebanon, Bessie Thomas of Alexandria, and Anna Sherrills of Gallatin; two grandchildren and their spouses, Rick and Sharon McNeal and Donna and Greg Werner; and two great grandchildren, Brad McNeal and Carrie Beth McNeal.

Born August 1, 1950, in Putnam County, he was the son of Linnie Mae (Spicer) Huffer of St. Petersburg, FL, and the late Clyde Ray Huffer.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, include a son, Christopher Ray Huffer of Orlando, FL; a brother, Michael Huffer of St. Petersburg; and a sister, Rena Buswell of Tampa, FL.

BERTHA W. LITTLE
Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha W. Little, 87, of Cookeville, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial was in Good Hope cemetery with Rev. Ovle Tinch officiating.
Mrs. Little died Friday, July 11 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was a housewife and a member of the Assembly of God.
Born April 1, 1916, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Jim and Cora (Cooper) Wright. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Owen Little.
Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Eldridge and husband, Arnold, of Algood; a sister, Willa Wright of Livingston; a granddaughter, Barbara Nelson and husband, Mike, of Algood; a great granddaughter, Angela Beth Nelson of Algood; and several nieces and nephews. Ms. Masters died Monday, July 14 in Nashville. She was involved in business management.
Born September 3, 1935, in Battle Creek, MI, she was the daughter of the late John Haskel and Evelyn (Crane) Smith.
Survivors include a son, John Deluca of Nashville; three daughters, Denise Roach and Sandra Burnham, both of Kalamazoo, MI, and Connie Lehmer of Clearwater, FL; seven granchildren, Rebecca Jones, Shirley Tironi, Bradley Roach, Robbie Burnham, Angela Burnham, Mason Deluca, and Amy Deluca; five great grandchildren; and a cousin, Paul Ledbetter of Livingston.

Mrs. Alexander died Saturday, April 3 at her home. She was a homemaker and a member of Kettering First Church of God.
Born February 17, 1923, in Poteet, she was the daughter of the late G.E. "Granville" and Mae Ledbetter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dester "Dex" Alexander.
Survivors include a son, Sammie Glen Alexander Sr. and his wife, Wendy, of Kettering; two brothers-in-law, Eugene Alexander and Hugh Boehmer: two sisters-in-law, Justine Ledbetter and Pauline Heizer; six grandchildren, Sammie Jr., Elizabeth, Dester James, Kathryn, Shelli, and Michelle; and three great grandchildren, Brittany, Tori, and Carly Jean.

Ms. Cooper died Saturday, March 27 at her home. She was a homemaker, a member of One-Eleven Fellowship Church, and a 1985 graduate of Kimball High School in Royal Oak, MI.
Born April 16, 1965, in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of Rev. Charles and Maude (Wilson) Cooper of Rickman.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include a sister, Joan Brown and her husband, Steve, of Rickman, three brothers, Greg Cooper and his wife, Sue, of Madison Heights, MI, Rev. Roger Cooper and his wife, Inis, and Curt Cooper and his wife, Kim, all of Algood; nieces and nephews, Roger Cooper Jr. and his wife, Cynthia, Randy Cooper and his wife, Sonya, Tina Braddock and her husband, Mike, Gregory Cooper Jr., Curtis Cooper Jr., Amanda Hensley, Steven Brown Jr., Aaron Cooper, Bethany Cooper, Charlie Cooper, Chelsey Cooper, Cody Cooper, and Patrick Cooper; and two great nephews, Dawson Cooper and Rusty Cooper.

Mr. Kelly died Sunday, April 4 at Universal Medical Center in Las Vegas. He was a truck driver.
Born July 24, 1946, in Covington, KY, he was the son of the late Delford and Virginia (Meade) Kelly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Carlos Kelly.
Survivors include a son, Delford Kelly of Chattanooga; two brothers, Danny Carmack of Livingston and James Carmack of Nashville; two grandchildren; an aunt, Cinda Tidwell; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Jeritt Kelly, Shawn Choate, Billy Meade, Noah Choate, Donnie Carmack, and Josh Manswell.
