JOHN E. ALBRIGHT
Mr. John E. Albright, 68, of Loretto, passed away Monday, December 20, 2004, after an extended illness.
A native of the Lake City Community, he was an ordained minister for more than 40 years.
Funeral services will be held at Faith Baptist Church on Thursday, December 23, 2004, at 10 a.m.
Burial will follow at Hunter Cove cemetery in Allons with Ray Maynard officiating.
Mr. Albright was the son of the late Charles Edward and Johnnie (Queener) Albright.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Naomi Albright of Loretto; three sons, John E. Albright and his wife, Lynn, of Lombard, IL, Charles Albright and his wife, Alice, of Windsor, VA, and Mark Albright and his wife, Amanda, of Rickman; a daughter, Teresa Morris and her husband, Jeff, of LaVergne; two brothers, Sidney Albright of Lake City and Murrel Albright of Knoxville; a sister, Joan Washam of Corbin, KY; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

RICHARD LOUIS BILYEU
Mr. Richard Louis Bilyeu, 65, of Hilham and formerly of Anderson, IN, passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Sunday, December 19, 2004.
He was born on October 27, 1939, in Overton County. He served in the United States Army from 1957-1958 and worked at Delco Remy in Anderson until his retirement in 1992.
He was the son of the late Thomas Sherman Bilyeu and Vesta (Garrett) Bilyeu. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Roy Bilyeu; and a sister, Janie Bilyeu.
Mr. Bilyeu is survived by his wife of 27 years, Dixie (Montgomery) Bilyeu of Hilham; two daughters, Teresa Bilyeu of Alexandria, IN, and Tina Bilyeu of Anderson; two brothers, Thomas Winford Bilyeu and his wife, Sally, of Alexandria, and Donald Bilyeu and his wife, Ellie, of Middletown; and a sister, Katheryne Fay Walker of Livingston; four granddaughters, Candace Baxter and Amy Zirkle and her husband, Mike, all of Anderson, and Kamie Vetor and Rachel Moore, both of Alexandria; two great grandsons and a great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2004, in the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial was in Campground cemetery with Rev. Dewey Glen Masters officiating.

MARGIE SUE DIXON
Funeral services for Mrs. Margie Sue Dixon, 60, of Rickman, were conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2004, from the chapel of Rickman-Hall Funeral Home.
Burial was in Liberty cemetery with James Phillips officiating.
Mrs. Dixon died Monday, December 13 at Livingston Regional Hospital.
Born September 30, 1944, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late William T. "Bill" and Elizabeth (Thompson) Norrod. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Morris Dixon.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Dixon of Rickman; two sons, Rocky Dixon and Jeff Dixon and his wife, Rachel, all of Rickman; two brothers, Jerry Norrod and Samuel Norrod, both of Livingston; six sisters, Clara Mae Phillips of Hanging Limb, Brenda Moore, Kay Ledbetter, Jonell Speck, and Elizabeth McCowan, all of Dry Hollow, and Billie Faye Johnson of Fortville, IN; two grandchildren, Hanna Bilbrey and Emily Bilbrey, both of Rickman; and her mother-in-law, Laura Dixon of Rickman.
Pallbearers were Richard McCowan, Ronnie Phillips, Jeff Staggs, Terry Speck, Bill Johnson, and Rodger Moore.

THOMAS EPLING
Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Epling, 65, of Livingston, were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2004, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Overton County Memorial Gardens with Bro. A.J. Cox and Bro. Patrick Gray officiating.
Mr. Epling died Friday, December 10 at his home. He was a retired police officer, a member of Livingston Church of Christ, and a member of the Christmas Parade Committee. He also coached baseball, football, and basketball.
Born December 24, 1938, in Elkhorn City, KY, he was the son of the late Demurs and Texas Bessie (Thacher) Epling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John Epling, Demurs Epling Jr., and Cephus Clive Epling; and two sisters, Patsy Louise and Lena Mae.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Epling of Livingston; two sons, Blaine Thomas Epling of Newport News, VA, and Darryl Gene Epling of Livingston; a daughter, Deborah McCoy of Livingston; two brothers, Kennith J. Epling and Ronald Gene Epling, both of Newport News; two sisters, Faye Ann Collins of Somerset, KY, and Ima Mae Starner of Newport News; and six grandchildren, James William McCoy, Rachael Brooke McCoy, Jordan Thomas McCoy, Matthew Epling, Chris Epling, and Heather Epling.
Pallbearers were David Dickerson, Bobby Byers, Delon Robbins, Ron Johnson, Riley Johnson, and Jack Watkins.

ROBERT "BOBBY" JENKINS
Funeral services for Mr. Robert "Bobby" Jenkins, 44, of Moss, were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2004, from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Celina.
Burial was in Union Hill cemetery in Clay County with Ray Smith officiating.
Mr. Jenkins died Wednesday, December 15 at Cumberland River Hospital. He worked in an automotive body shop and was a member of Harley Davidson Motorcycle Riders Club.
Born March 27, 1960, in Indianapolis, IN, he was the son of Elbert Jenkins and Peggy (Kennedy) Jenkins Henagin of Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Eugene Jenkins Jr.; and a brother, Tony Jenkins.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife of 23 wonderful years, Betty Jenkins of Moss; a son, Dustin Jenkins of Moss; three daughters, Bobbi Sue Reece of Moss, Angela Smith of Rickman, and Amanda Ritter of Murfreesboro; a step-son, Steven Murley of Celina; three brothers, Eddie Jenkins, Doug Jenkins, and Jack Jenkins, all of Cookeville; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Anthony Emberton, Brian Roska, Chris Reece, Danny Asberry, Richard Hollaway, and David Craighead.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were Johnny Pedigo, William Human, Phillip Copas, Skippy, and Barry Anderson.

GARY JOE MOSS
Mr. Gary Joe Moss, 34, of Rickman, died Sunday, December 19 at Livingston Regional Hospital.
Born September 19, 1970, in Overton County, he was the son of Joe and Judy (Ledbetter) Moss.
In addition to his parents, survivors include a brother, Greg Moss of Rickman.

WALTER F. PARCELL Sr.
Graveside services for Mr. Walter F. Parcell Sr., 93, of Alpine, were conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, December 20, 2004, at Parcell Family cemetery with Rev. Roy DePolitte officiating.
Mr. Parcell died Saturday, December 18 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was a retired plumber and attended Cornerstone Christian Church.
Born April 18, 1911, in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Walter and Elizabeth Parcell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret (Lamborn) Parcell.
Survivors include two sons, Walter "Fred" Parcell Jr. and his wife, Rosemary, of Alpine, and Sam Parcell and his wife, Cynthia, of Townsend; a brother, George Parcell of Philadelphia; 5 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and four nieces.

JAMES KENNETH SMITH
Funeral services for Mr. James Kenneth Smith, 45, of Livingston, were conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, 2004, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Sylvester Robbins cemetery with Bro. Bob Stoner officiating.
Mr. Smith died Saturday, December 18 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was a codes inspector and a member of the Assembly of God in West Nashville.
Born February 4, 1959, in Milton, FL, he was the son of Walter D. Smith of Donelson and Margie (McDonald) Peacy of Livingston.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a son, James Kenneth Smith Jr. of Texas; a daughter, Carli Smith of Texas; his grandmother, Dean McDonald of Livingston; two sisters, Lisa Colden of Livingston and Linda Cheryl Smith of Cookeville; three grandchildren; a special niece, Page Adams; and several other nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

GARY ALAN BILBREY
Funeral services for Mr. Gary Alan Bilbrey, 59, of Rickman, were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 11, 2004, at Christ Chapel United Methodist Church.
Burial was in Okolona cemetery with Rev. A.J. Looper officiating.
Mr. Bilbrey died Wednesday, September 8 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was a new home contractor, a crane operator, and a member of Christ Chapel United Methodist Church.
Born October 20, 1944, in Putnam County, he was the son of the late R.S. and Lois (Oakley) Bilbrey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Ann (Bilbrey) Studer; and two brothers, Terry Randall Bilbrey and Bruce Bilbrey.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen (Looper) Bilbrey of Rickman; a son, Michael Julian and his wife, Denise, of Monterey; four daughters, April (Bilbrey) Burkeen and her husband, Damon, of Portland, Heather (Bilbrey) Norman and her husband, Luke, of Springfield, Nicole Walker Jones and her husband, Larry, of Cookeville, and Stevie Michelle Plumlee of Rickman; two brothers, Joe Phillip Bilbrey of Rickman and Michael Brent Bilbrey of Franklin; and nine grandchildren, Cole Burkeen, Morgan Burkeen, Zach Norman, Caylie Norman, Nathan Norman, Cayden Jones, Tasha Julian, Tiffany Julian, and Cody Julian.

DANIEL R. BOLES
Funeral services for Mr. Daniel R. Boles, 90, of Jonesborough, were conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2004, from the chapel of Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home in Jonesborough.
Burial was in Maple Lawn cemetery with Mike Wilhoit officiating.
Mr. Boles died Sunday, September 5 at his home. He was employed by Gulf Filling Station in Jonesborough for several years before retiring. He was an avid flea marketer and was one of the six original individuals who started the Jonesborough Flea Market.
A United States Army veteran of World War II, he was considered a warm, loving, and kindhearted husband, father, and grandfather, and a giver to all who knew him. His love for his children was tremendous. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten.
He was the son of the late Sam P. and Sarah Elizabeth (Phillips) Boles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susie Mae Boles; a sister, Maggie Lilly; a brother, Marvin Boles; and a daughter, Julie Carroll Laws.
Survivors include two sons, Bobby Randolph and his wife, Jeannette, of Melbourne, FL, and Carl "Babe" Randolph and his wife, Janice, of Jonesborough; two sisters, Lorrell Clouse and Susie Ann Boles, both of Burlington, NC; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; a niece, Barbara Cooper of Florida; and two great nephews, Kevin Cooper and Stephen Cooper, both of Florida.
Pallbearers were Ricky Laws, Nick Kent, Johnny Troutman, Tom Roark, Jack Ratliff, and Lynn McInturff.

GLADYS ETHEL (MOSS) BRADY
Funeral services for Mrs. Gladys Ethel (Moss) Brady, 85, of Livingston, were conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, September 10, 2004, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home.
Burial was in Macedonia cemetery in Clay County with James Handy officiating.
Mrs. Brady died Wednesday, September 8 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a homemaker.
Born December 19, 1918, in Clay County, she was the daughter of the late Willie K. and Bessie (Delk) Moss. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Brady; a brother, Charles Moss; and four sisters, Rosie Rich, Dorothy Moss, Billie Mayfield, and Bonnie Moss.
Survivors include two sisters, Reba Upchurch of Livingston and Geraldine Carr of Rickman; and nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, great-great nephews, great-great nieces, and many cousins and friends.
Pallbearers were Jason Swallows, William Upchurch, Michael Handy, Anthony Hayes, Darrel Sidwell, and Shirley Hutchinson.
