NANCY LEE (BILBREY) WILSON
Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy Lee (Bilbrey) Wilson, 80, of Livingston, were conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Fellowship cemetery with Rev. Terry McCloud officiating.
Mrs. Wilson died Monday, December 22 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a housewife and of the Baptist faith.
Born September 11, 1923, in Akron, OH, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Dorothy (George) Ray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Bilbrey; a daughter, Patricia Ann (Bilbrey) Groce; two brothers, Melvin Ray and Cortis Ray; and a sister, Flora (Ray) Ledbetter.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Cheryl Reels of Livingston; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were David Ledbetter, Harold Johnson, Jeremy Reels, Cody Doss, Stephen Groce, and Levi Groce.

LINNIE (SPICER) HUFFER
Funeral services for Mrs. Linnie (Spicer) Huffer, 85, of St. Petersburg, FL, and formerly of Overton County, were conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 18, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Fellowship cemetery with Rev. Glea Shelley officiating.
Mrs. Huffer died Sunday, December 14 at Grace Health Care in St. Petersburg. She was a retired assembler for Honeywell, manufacturer of the space shuttle.
Born September 9, 1918, in Fairview, she was the daughter of the late James W. and Mattie (Mullins) Spicer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Clyde Ray Huffer Jr.; and a brother, Edward Spicer.
Survivors include a son, Michael G. Huffer of St. Petersburg; a daughter, Rena L. Buswell of Tampa, FL; a sister, Myrtle Reynolds of Granville; and four grandchildren, Christopher Huffer, James Huffer, Jonathan Huffer, and Charma Huffer.
Pallbearers were Scott Mullins, Larry Mullins, Christopher Huffer, Tony Hill, Jack Reagan, and Anthony Hill.

CHARLIE W. MASTERS
Funeral services for Mr. Charlie W. Masters, 100, of Cookeville, were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Mt. Gilead cemetery with Bro. Fred Hawkins and Bro. Dewey Glenn Masters officiating.
Mr. Masters died Saturday, December 20 at Masters Health Care in Algood. He was an auto worker, a farmer, and a member of the Church of God.
Born February 14, 1903, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Sid and Nancy (Bilyeu) Masters. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Ora (Ward) Masters and Sibbie Lee (Carmack) Masters; four brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Davanzo of Cookeville; two step-daughters, Janice Hall and her husband, Cecil, and Ruby Edmonds and her husband, Jim, all of Hilham; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.

ADDIE ROAM
Funeral services for Ms. Addie Roam, 96, of Monroe, were conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, December 22, 2003, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home.

Ms. Roam died Friday, December 19 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
Born March 28, 1907, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Porter and Frona (Taylor) Roam. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys Roam and Hattie Roam; and a brother, Woodrow Roam.
Survivors include two special cousins, Raleigh Melton and Nina Melton, both of Allons.

HERMAN ALEXANDER CLARK SR.
Funeral services for Mr. Herman Alexander Clark Sr., 85, of Livingston, were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2002, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial was in Clark cemetery with Bro. Kerry Duke officiating.
Mr. Clark died Saturday, Dec. 21 at Overton County Nursing Home. He was retired from General Motors and a member of Antioch Church of Christ.
Born August 4, 1917, in Pickett County, he was the son of the late Henderson and Maude (Richardson) Clark.
Survivors include his wife, Margie Inez Clark of Livingston; a son, Herman Alexander Clark Jr. of Cookeville; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Orbia Herald of New Castle, IN, Audrey Jones of Harrodsburg, KY, Dean and Bill Haden of Fairborn, OH, and Wanda and Norman Plassenthal of Dayton, OH; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

CASSIE COOPER
Funeral services for Mrs. Cassie Cooper, 86, of Alpine, were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002, from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial was in Overton County Memorial Gardens with Rev. Nolan Cantrell and Rev. David Beaty officiating.
Mrs. Cooper died Saturday, Dec. 28 at Overton County Nursing Home. She was a factory worker and a member of Bolestown Baptist Church. She attended Oak Dale Baptist Church.
Born November 18, 1916, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late George and Vicktorie (Golden) Ferrill. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Odis Clayton Cooper.
Survivors include a son a daughter-in-law, Larry and Doris Cooper of Alpine; and a granddaughter, Amy Cooper of Alpine. Pallbearers were Mike Boswell, Jeff Collins, Short Cooper, Doug Ledbetter, Roy Cooper, Joe Cooper, and Bill Phillips.

THOMAS MITCHELL DANIELS
Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Mitchell Daniels, 69, of Monroe, were conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2002, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Burial was in Good Hope cemetery with Bro. Jim Phillips officiating.
Mr. Daniels died Monday, Dec. 23 at Livingston Regional Hospital. A painter, interior decorator, and antique refinisher, he was affiliated with the Church of Christ.
Born November 28, 1933, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Harlan and Claudine (Holman) Daniels. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Daniels; and a sister, Margaret Daniels.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Mark Webb of Cookeville and Brenda and Keith Howard of Limestone; four sisters, Geraldine Bowers and Sadie Neal, both of Monroe, Joyce Stark of Idaho, and Janice Goodpasture of Oak Ridge; four brothers, Chat Daniels, Joe Daniels, and Billy Daniels, all of Monroe, and Dudley Daniels of Hilham; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends. Pallbearers were Jimmy Daniels, Adam Daniels, Tommy Daniels, Mark Daniels, Waymon Daniels, and Wayne Daniels.

WILLIAM FRANK "BILL" LAWHERN
Funeral services for Mr. William Frank "Bill" Lawhern, 73, of Monroe, were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 2002, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Burial was in Lawhern-Ringley cemetery with Bob Hawkins officiating.
Mr. Lawhern died Friday, Dec. 20 at Overton County Nursing Home. He was a maintenance engineer and an U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Born February 17, 1929, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Roy and Ellie (Copus) Lawhern. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Magdalena Augstina (Toledo) Lawhern; a daughter, Barbara Ann Lawhern; and a brother, Marion Lawhern.
Survivors include his wife, Susie (Neal) Lawhern of Monroe; a daughter, Ruth Lawhern of Lake Jackson, TX; two sons, Roy G. Lawhern of Rickman and William Frank Lawhern of Monroe; two step-daughters, Janie Thrasher of Lafayette and Indnia Lawhern of Clute, TX; a sister, Veachel Conner of Monroe; a brother, Charles Fred Lawhern of Bonaqua; four grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren.

SHELIA ANN MELTON
Funeral services for Mrs. Shelia Ann Melton, 42, of Livingston, were conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2002, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Burial was in Bradley C. and Lucille Ledbetter Family cemetery with Bro. Aron Dillon officiating.
Mrs. Melton died Tuesday, Dec. 17 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a factory employee and a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Detroit, MI.
Born March 10, 1960, in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late J.D. Fuson and Jewell Oneda (Ledbetter) Bilbrey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Dale Melton.
Survivors include a daughter, Chelsea Jewell Hanna of Livingston; a son, Joshua David Melton of Livingston; a sister, Beverly Thompson of Cookeville; four brothers, Brad Carr of Rickman, Bill Burks of Livingston, Bruce Qualls of St. Clair, MI, and Jack Fuson of Detroit; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

IRENE PSEMENEKI
Funeral mass of Christian burial for Mrs. Irene Psemeneki, 82, of Swansea, IL, were conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 13, 2002, from St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church in Belleville, IL. Entombment was in Green Mount Catholic Mausoleum in Belleville with Rev. Dennis Voss officiating.
Mrs. Psemeneki died Tuesday, Dec. 10 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville. She received a teaching certificate from Tennessee Technological University and taught for 8 years in Overton County School System. She taught fifth grade at St. Peter's Cathedral Grade School in Belleville for 13 years. She was a member of St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church, the Queenship of Mary Sodality and the Quilters Club at the church, and the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP).
Born September 5, 1920, in Peytonsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late W.T. and Lurline (Teeple) Scott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son; three brothers, Bill Scott, Roy Scott, and Raymond Scott; and a sister, Hazel Scott.
Survivors include her husband, Edward D. Psemeneki, whom she married
June 1, 1946; a son and daughter-in-law, Harry and Maurine Psemeneki; and two granddaughters, Tiffany Psemeneki and Stacy Psemeneki, both of Ocoee, FL. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.

CLARENCE REEDER
Funeral services for Mr. Clarence Reeder, 76, of Livingston, were conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, from Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Allons. Burial was in Hunter Cove cemetery with Bro. Jimmy Cox officiating.
Mr. Reeder died Wednesday, Dec. 25 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was a dairy farmer, a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, and a veteran of the United States Army.
Born January 28, 1926, in Overton County, he was the son of the late Bennie and Nona Pearl (Langford) Reeder. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John L. Reeder and James Reeder.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Lois (Ramsey) Reeder of Livingston; a daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Ralph Carr of Livingston; a sister, Bennie Ruth Robbins of Livingston; and two grandchildren.

HAROLD C. ROBBINS
Funeral services for Mr. Harold C. Robbins, 80, of Rhea County, were conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002, from the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home.
Burial was in Rhea Memory Gardens with Rev. Doug Brown officiating.
Mr. Robbins died Sunday, Dec. 15 at Pinnacle Assisted Living. He retired in March 1988 from the University of Tennessee Agriculture Extension Program, where he served Rhea County since 1967 as 4-H Extension Leader and County Extension Leader.
He received numerous state and national awards for his weekly news articles. Prior to service in Rhea County, he worked at the Oak Ridge Institute. He lectured nationally for the Atoms for Peace Program, beginning in 1958.
Prior to 1958, he served as instructor of agriculture at Alvin C. York Institute in Jamestown. He was an alumnus of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he graduated in 1948 with a bachelor's degree in Agriculture.
He also served in the United States Marine Corps from 1943 to 1946 as a corporal. He served in the Pacific and saw action in Guam, Marianas Islands, Okinawa, Ryukyus Islands, and occupation of China.
He also served in many local agencies and civic organizations including the Dayton Lions Club. He served as National Director of the National Association of County Agriculture Agents and received the Distinguished Service award in 1980, and several national and state public information awards.
He received the University of Tennessee Bishop award in 1985, Production Credit Association Distinguished Service award in 1983, State Rural Development Committee award in 1988, was a member of the Chattanooga City Farmers Club, received the Man of the Year award in Dayton in 1978, Young Agents award in 1977 from the Tennessee Association of Agricultural Agents and Specialists, and the Distinguished Service award in 1980.
He was the son of the late Virgil Winsted and Myrtle (Reagan) Robbins of Pickett County. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Robbins of Gainesville, FL.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Betty S. Robbins; three sons, Steve Robbins of Dayton, Mark Robbins of Franklin, and Bruce Robbins of Spring City; two brothers, Keith Robbins of Monroe and Ward Robbins of Byrdstown; a sister, Oleta Stanton of Smithville; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Harold Robbins Scholarship Fund, established in 1988. Checks should be made payable to Tennessee 4-H Foundation, for Harold Robbins Scholarship, and mailed to P.O. Box 22, Dayton, TN 37321, ATTN: Larry Cunningham.
