Bobby Lynn Taylor, 65, Simpsonville, S.C.
SIMPSONVILLE, S.C. - Bobby "Mouse" Taylor, 65, a resident of 213 Highway 14, Simpsonville, S.C., passed away Wednesday (Nov. 23, 2005) at Greenville Memorial Hospital with lung cancer.
Bobby was born Oct. 14, 1940 in Yuma, Va., to the late John Logan Taylor and Eliza Elizabeth Click Taylor. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was retired from Howard's Body Shop in Simpsonville. He was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Taylor; and two sisters, Evelyn Brickey and Ruth Fleenor.
He is survived by brothers, Ralph Taylor, Tommy Taylor, Don Taylor and Eddie Taylor of Kingsport, and James Taylor of Yuma, Va.; sisters, Frances Jenkins and Phyllis Palmer of Kingsport; step-son, Jonathan Morse; special friend, Nancy Butler of Simpsonville, S.C.; his faithful canine companion, "Smokey"; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at Prospect United Methodist Church, Yuma, Va.
A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. with the Rev. Joe Byrd officiating.
Bobby requested that his body be cremated.

KINGSPORT - Howard F. "Tucker" Click, 88, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Sunday evening (Nov. 27, 2005) after a brief illness.
He was born in Hawkins County and had been a resident of the Kingsport area for 65 years. He was a member of Friendship Chapel Church.
He retired from Eastman Kodak on Jan. 31, 1979 after 36 years of service. Mr. Click served as deacon and Sunday School teacher for many years. He was also a devoted farmer his entire life, and was very devoted to his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Belle Winegar Click; four sisters and two brothers.
Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Mary Click of the home; two daughters, Ruth Taylor and husband Cecil of Church Hill, Kathy Kelly and husband Jeff of Mount Carmel; one son, James L. Click and wife Barbara of Church Hill; four grandchildren, Danny Taylor, Amanda Fields, Aaron Click, Ashley Kelly; two step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Marvin Mike Click of Church Hill; several nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.

POUND, Va. - Mrs. Arlene Collier, 69, entered into eternal rest Sunday (Nov. 27, 2005) from the Heritage Hall Nursing Home, Big Stone Gap, Va., with her family by her side.
Mrs. Collier was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo Anderson and Wilma Wolfe Anderson; and a sister, Marlis Riner.

PENNINGTON GAP, Va. - Mary Harmon Cress, 76, joined her husband in Heaven Friday (Nov 25, 2005).
She was born on May 14, 1929. She was a devoted Christian and an inspiration to her family and friends. She was a member of Belcher's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and a lifelong resident of Lee County.
After raising her children she attended nursing school, graduating in 1977, and retired from Lee County Community Hospital in 1992.
She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, William H. Cress; her father, Dana Livesay; brothers, Harold and Eugene Livesay.
Survivors are her mother, Kate E. Livesay of Jonesville, Va.; three sons, Dr. Larry Cress of Silver Spring, Md., Michael Cress and Sandy Edens of Fall Branch, and Gary Cress of Jonesville, Va.; two grandsons, Todd Cress of Kingsport and Shawn Cress of San Diego, Calif.; one great-granddaughter, Chloe Belle Cress of San Diego, Calif.; two brothers, Drexel Livesay and wife Alice of Wise, Va., and Billy Wayne Livesay and wife Meritta of Jonesville, Va.; one sister, Helen Livesay of Jonesville, Va.; and many nieces and nephews.

CLINCHPORT, Va. - Georgia Lee (Kinkead) Edens, 81, an 18 month resident of the Erwin Healthcare Center, Erwin, Tenn., formerly of Rt. 2, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday afternoon (Nov. 27, 2005) at the Johnson City Medical Center after an illness.
Born July 20, 1924 in Trammel, Va., she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Nan Salling Kinkead. She was a member of the Flat Rock Community Church and was a homemaker and loving mother. Among her hobbies, she enjoyed crocheting, quilting and gardening. Her family stated she had a great joy washing dishes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Patton Edens Jr.; sister, Irene Edwards; and mother-in-law, Ida Lou Edens.

MOORESBURG - Orbin Ferrell, 92, of Mooresburg, died Monday morning (Nov. 28, 2005) at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital.
He made his living most of his life by tilling the soil. In his earlier years, he was a promoter of and participant in Southern Gospel music of the shaped-note style. He was one of the last of the old-time singing masters, having taught many three week singing schools. He sang in many revivals and funerals.
He was a member of Howe's Chapel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Robinette Ferrell; parents, Tom and Eliza Ferrell; daughter-in-law, Ellen Ferrell; brothers, Will, Curt, and Elmer Ferrell; and sisters, Eva Quillen, Elsie Davis, Ina Linkous, and Lona Lewis.

CHURCH HILL - Hobert Lee Fields, 69, passed away Saturday (Nov. 26, 2005) at Select Specialty Hospital of Tri-Cities in Bristol following an extended illness.
Mr. Fields was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County and was a member of Sullivan Baptist Church but attended the First Free Will Baptist Church of Church Hill. He was a 1955 graduate of Sullivan High School. He was retired from the U.S. Army with 26 years of service and also retired from TVA.
He was a member of Clay Masonic Lodge # 386, Knoxville Consistory of Scottish Rite Masons, York Rite Bodies and Jericho Shrine Temple, Church Hill VFW Post and DAV.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Thelma Smith Fields.
Surviving are his wife, Barbara Feagins Fields, Church Hill; one son, Thomas Michael Fields, Lowell, Mass.; three daughters, Denise Ann Lorenzo, Suzanne Shadan, Pelham, N.H., Annette Pannell, Kingsport; two stepdaughters, Cheryl Bratton, Abingdon, Va., Sonya Christian, Kingsport; eight grandchildren, Capt.
