Throughout her life, "Bert" has been a mother figure to several, a mentor to many, and a friend to all. Her warmth, caring, and irrepressible sense of humor has brought much comfort, joy, and laughter to those she encountered along the way. She viewed strangers as friends she just hadn't met yet, and there existed no problem that did not also contain a solution. Preceded in death by 8 dear brothers and sisters.
