Daughters and Sons-in-law, Carolyn and Tom Finger- Knoxville, Debbie and Dennis Ward- Kingsport; Son and Daughter-in-law: Dwayne and Ramona Frye-Knoxville; Grandchildren, Scott Finger, Trevor and wife Beverly Finger, Susan Ward, Andy and wife Holly Ward, Jeremy, Joshua, Jonathan, and Jordan Frye; 2 Great-grandchildren, Megan Finger and Makayla Ward; Sister and Brother-in-law, Sue and Charles Lowe. Several Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Tuesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway. Funeral 8 PM Tuesday, Berry Chapel. Rev. Gerald McFarland officiating. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home 10:30 AM Wednesday and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for an 11 AM Graveside service. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Surviving are her 2 sons; Mr. Billy C. Neubert, Inverness; Mr. Herman F. Neubert,Jr., W. Columbus, SC; a daughter : Mrs. Evelyn N. King, Inverness; 5 Grandchildren; and 2 great Grandchildren. Graveside services will be Thursday 11am at Woodlawn Cemetery with Dr. Albert E. Pierson officiating. Berry Funeral Home (Chapman Highway) in charge of arrangements.

Preceded in death by parents, Ott Day & Pauline Hood Day. Wife: Donna Cantrell Day Memorial service was held Monday, March 22, 1999 at the Spring Baptist Church, Spring, TX. Graduated from Young High School in 1949. She was a cheerleader and involved in acting, drama, chorus, and several social clubs. Preceded in death by father, James Howard Miller, Sr. husband of almost 49 years, Ernest Sharp; sons: Terry Sharp and daughter-in-law Laura Sharp; Stephen Sharp and daughter-in-law Robin Sharp; grandchildren Amy Burbage, Christy Sharp, Eric Sharp, Andy Sharp, Ryan Sharp, Stephanie Sharp, and Robert Sharp; great-grandchildren Tyler, Madison, and Brandon Burbage; mother: Mollie Spires Miller; sister: Sarah Nell Miller; brother: James Howard Miller, Jr; sister-in-law: Louise Shaw; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 8:00 PM Sunday at Berry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Ron Mouser and Rev. Gerald Brown officiating. Pallbearers are Bill Wright, Ken Hudson, Jack Cooper, Robert McDonald, David Coulter, Robert Napier, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of Adult Nine Couples Sunday School Class of Central Baptist Church of Fountain City. John F. Burton

He was a WWII US Navy veteran, charter member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, where he taught Men's Bible Sunday school class for several years, was president of the Methodist Men, chaired the Administrative Board and was active in missions. He retired from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture Weights and Measures Division with 30 years of service and served ten years on Tennessee Advisory Council on Vocational and Technical Education. Preceded in death by: parents, John F., Sr. and Alice Duke Burton; brothers, Paul, Arthur and Charles Burton; a sister, Nadine Wright; and a son, Bill. wife of 49 years, Edna Starnes Burton; daughter and son-in-law, JoAnn and Charles DeZearn, Oliver Springs; sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Judy Ousley, Great Falls, Va., Ray and Gerri Ousley, Morristown; son, R.C. Burton, Clinton; grandchildren, Chuck DeZearn, Nashville, Edie Shephard, Oliver Springs, Denise Ousley Johnson, Morristown, Lori McInnis, Catlett, Va., Bryant Ousley, Buna Park, Calif., Dana Taylor, Gray, Tenn., Amanda Armstrong, Mission Viaho, Calif., and Shawn Ousley, Great Falls, Va.; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
