Peek, Ernest W., age 89 of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2000 at Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital after an extended illness. He was publisher of Peek' Size Football Guides, a member and Deacon of Second Baptist Church, Life member of the Lion's Club, and a member of the University of Tennessee Football Hall of Fame. Mr. Peek was well known and respected for his work in church and the community. He will be remembered throughout the Southeast for his publication of the Peek' Size Football Guide since 1939. Mr. Peek was preceded in death by brothers Frank, Alvin, George, Loftin; Woodrow and sister, Ruth Neely. Wife: Ruth Funeral services will be at 2 PM Monday November 13, 2000 at Berry Funeral Home with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
