Founder of Oakes Dental Lab, serving Knoxville dental community for 57 years, 35-year member of National and Tennessee Dental Laboratory Association. Preceded in death by parents, William Herbert & Geneva Oakes; brother, J.B. Oakes; and sister, Marguerite Coker.
