Hershel Clyde Dixon

Hershel Clyde Dixon, age 67 of Sevierville, died Friday Oct. 25, 2002 after a courageous 2 ½ year battle with cancer. He was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Dixon managed Johnson’s Drive-In during the 1970’s and 1980’s and was owner of Dixon’s Mountain House Restaurant. He was a longtime farmer and land developer in Sevier County. She worked for Huber and Huber Motor Express for 24 years and retired from Roadway Express in 1979. Graduated from Knoxville High School in 1932.
