Cleo Stockton Bean, 92, passed away July 1 at her home. Services were held July 3 at Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Martin officiating. Interment followed at Okolona Cemetery.
Cleo Stockton Bean was born Dec. 30, 1912 in Overton County. She was a member of the Jere Whitson Church of Christ. She was a cook for Jere Whitson Elementary School.
Surviving relatives include a son, Richard and wife Sandy Bean of Cookeville; brother, George and wife Rose Stockton of Cookeville; two sister-in-laws, Anna Ray Stockton of Livingston and Hazel Stockton of Sparta; two granddaughters, Robin and husband Kevin Burroughs of Cookeville and Amy and husband Ward Norris of Fort Drum. NY.; a grandson, Richie Bean and fiancé Alicia Mayberry of Cookeville; three great-grandchildren, E.N. Norris, Ryan and Hunter Burroughs; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harve and Myrtle Stockton; husband, James Bean; daughter, Jimmie Ann Bean and four brothers, Shirlie, Joe, Will and Cecil Stockton.

Sharon Kay Geesling, 57, passed away June 26 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Services were held July 1 at Seals-Staton Funeral Home Chapel in Fortville, Indiana with Bro. Joseph Jordan officiating. Interment followed at New Palestine Cemetery in New Palestine, Indiana.

Sharon Kay Geesling was born Oct. 15, 1947 in Danville, IL. She lived most of her life in Greenfield, IN.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Thomas Geesling of Celina; son. Bryan Bilbrey of IN. and Jason Bilbrey of Cookeville; brothers, David Beyers of Morrisville, In. and Rick Beyers of New Albany, In. and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Jane Ireland Beyers.
Special care was provided by Livingston Funeral Home.

Allie Mae Green, 92, passed away June 25 in the Bethseda Health Care Center. Services were held June 28 at the Chapel of the Livingston Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Cooper officiating. Interment followed at Okolona Cemetery.

Allie Mae Green was born May 6, 1913 in Fentress County. She was a member of the Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church. She lived most of her life in Overton County.
Surviving relatives include daughters, Claudean Bryant and husband Hubert of Glassgow, Ky., Betty Bacon and husband Stan of Brownsburg, In., Velva Marie Tolley and husband Thomas of Brentwood and Sammie Kovach and husband Frank of Livingston; sons, George Ed Green and wife Joanna of Algood, James Green and wife Judy of Metamora, IL. and Danny Green and wife Denise of Clayton, IN.; sister Geneva Bilbrey of Rickman; brothers, George C. Cooper of Glassgow, Ky. and Charles Cooper of Rickman; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Abbie (Cooper) Cooper; husband, Dewey Green; brothers Arlon, Claude, J.B. and Homer Cooper and a great grandchild, Rebecca Herzog.

Dorothy May Percell was born June 27, 1917 in Jennings County, In. She lived most of her life in Indiana but spent the last 13 years in Livingston. She was affiliated with The Pentecostal Church in Delphi, In.
Surviving relatives include sister, Mary Alice Jordan of Greenwood, IN.; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Elsie Simmons Kelly; husband, Kenneth Percell; son, Dale Ray Percell great-grandson, Aaron Percell and a half-brother, Frank Kelly and half-sister, Florence.

Ruby Ethel Greenwood was born Dec. 1, 1919 in Overton County. She was of the Baptist faith. She lived most of her life in Overton County.
Surviving relatives include daughters, Judy Ledbetter of Hilham and Reba Joyce Long of Livingston; sisters, Sarah Ledbetter of Livingston and Estie Moss of Nashville; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Modenia Greenwood Eldridge; husband, J.P.Greenwood; daughter, Wanda Gillentine; sister, Elsie Adams; infant sister and two infant brothers.

Ralph Leach, 65, passed away July 1 at the Country Place Health Care Center in Crossville. Services were held July 3 at the Mayland Baptist Church with Rev. David Phillips officiating. Interment followed at Mayland Cemetery in Mayland, TN.
Ralph Leach was born Sept. 18, 1939 in Overton County. He was a member of the Mayland Baptist Church.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Kathryn Linder Leach of Mayland; two daughters, Rhonda and husband Bryan Dunsmore of Nashville and Rhoda and husband Asa Davis of Crossville; one granddaughter, Chloe Maggie Davis; sister, Vella and husband Rev. David Phillips of Monterey; one half-brother, Clay E. and wife Judy Stover of Mayland; two nieces; three nephews; four great nieces and four great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie B. and Anna Mae Garrett Leach.

Juanita Poston was born Feb. 2, 1928 in Overton County. She was a member of Holy Springs Church of Christ.
Surviving relatives include son, Aaron and wife Janet Poston of Alpine; daughters, Judy and husband Bobby Turner and JoAnn and husband Jim Turner all of Livingston; sisters, Linda Bybee, Jean Norris and Nell Dean Hammock all of Livingston; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Velma Staggs Holman; husband, Albert Carlos Poston; three grandchildren; brother, Bobby Joe Holman and sisters, Louise Smith and Ruth Burchett.

Lillard Keith Garrett, 80, passed away June 30 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Services were held July 3 at Speck Funeral Home with Bro. James Williams officiating. Interment followed at Okolona Cemetery.
Lillard Keith Garrett was born March 9, 1925 in Overton County. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during WWII and of the Methodist faith. He was a retired Mechanical Engineer Technician at Tennessee Tech.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Ruth Garrett of Livingston; son, Mark and wife Sue Garrett of Livingston; daughter, Patricia Garrett of Rickman; brother, Bill Garrett of West Carrollton, OH.; sisters, Ruth Ann Kurzawa of Dayton, Oh. and Colleen Kennedy of Hilham; four grandchildren, Matt Garrett, James Cantrell, Samantha Head and Chris Head.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillard Coe and Minnie Carr Garrett.
