Jeffrey Leon Watkins, 27, passed away Oct. 4 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Services were held Oct. 6 at Rickman Hall Funeral Home with Bro. Marlon Winningham officiating.
Interment followed at Fellowship Cemetery.
Pallbearers included: Jason Ledbetter, Tanker Upchurch, John Bilbrey, Josh Masters, John Melton and Jackie Watkins.
Jeffrey Leon Watkins was born Aug. 30, 1978 in Overton County.
Surviving relatives include wife, Misty Watkins of Livingston, two sons, Brandon and Skylar Watkins of Livingston; parents, Ricky and Dean Watkins of Livingston; a host of uncles; aunts; cousins and friends.
Mr. Roger Dale Sidwell
Roger Dale Sidwell, 38, passed away Oct. 4 at Livingston Regional Hospital. services were held Oct. 8 at Rickman Hall Funeral Home with Bro. A.J. Looper officiating.
Interment followed at Fellowship Cemetery.
Pallbearers included: Jimmy Brannum, Evan Sidwell, James Stewart, Tracy Melton, Paul Stewart, Derrick Sidwell, Tanker Upchurch and John Melton.
Roger Dale Sidwell was born in Overton County.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Irene Peek Sidwell of Livingston; three sons, Dustin Sidwell of Monroe, Dustin Flowers of Livingston and Brandon Qualls of Anderson Indiana; two daughters, Natasha Sidwell of Monroe and Vanessa Peek of Livingston; four brothers, Jack Sidwell of Rickman, Gary Sidwell of Allons, Johnny and Darrell Sidwell both of Livingston; six sisters, Anna Henry of Cookeville, Shirley Johnson of Timothy, Dean Watkins, Darlene Masters, Rhonda Stewart and Debbie Sidwell all of Livingston.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Edward and Burnice Dishman Sidwell and brother, Paul Sidwell.

Avie Padgett Jones, 81, passed away Oct. 9. Services were held Oct. 14 at Monterey United Methodist Church with Rev. Clarence Jared and Rev. Jack Huesman officiating.
Interment followed at Whittaker Cemetery.
Avie Padgett Jones was born Feb. 2, 1924. She was of the Protestant faith.
Surviving relatives include sons, Willie Frank “Frankie” Jr. and wife Susan Jones of Cookeville and John Ronnie and wife Patricia Ford of Rickman; daughters, Martha Rebecca Jones of Gatlinburg and Cynthia and husband Michael Clapp pf Maryville, Tn and brother, Wilbert Padgett of McMinnville, Tn.; grandchildren, Tina Zitting, Debra Taylor, Jeff Ford, Elizabeth Howard, Shelia Jared, Jessica Jones, Eric Jones, Nathan Clapp and Natalie Clapp; 12 great-grandchildren; a number of adoring nieces and nephews.

Howard Glen Young, 63, passed away Oct. 9 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Services were held Oct. 12 at Speck Funeral Home with Dr. Lyle Anderson officiating. Full military honors will be performed after the service by the Honor Guard from the James T. Davis Memorial Post 5062.
Pallbearers included: Matthew Reeder, Glen Reeder, John Wright, Brandon Wright, Randy Radtke and Edward Stalbaum.
Howard Glen Young was born Jan. 12, 1942 in Overton County. He was a member of the Midway Christian Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW post 5062 and the Livingston Elks Lodge.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Lucille Young of Livingston; son, Larry and wife Rhonda Young of Monroe; daughter, Hollie Young of Monroe; step-daughters, Diana Stasko, Debra Stalbaum and Kimberly Radtke all of Indiana; step son, Keith Howard of Johnson City, Tn.; sister, Carol and husband Leon Reeder of Monroe; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Lela Lee Young and stepfather, Harlis Reeder.

Johnny Ray Winningham, 46, passed away Oct. 11 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Services were held Oct. 13 at Speck Funeral Home with Bro. Aron Dillon officiating. Interment followed at Sylvester Robbins Cemetery.

Johnny Ray Winningham was born Sept. 28, 1959 in Putnam County. He was a sprinkler fitter for S.C.C. Inc. he was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Alpine.
Surviving relatives include son, Brian Adam Winningham of Celina; brothers, Bill Winningham of Alpine, Ted Winningham of Monroe and Leroy Winningham of Albany, Ky.; sister, Brenda Moon of Monroe and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Minnie Bell Bertram Winningham and brother,BennieJoel Winningham.

Robbie Carolyn Tidwell was born Aug. 11, 1956 in Gainesboro. She was a machine operator for Osh Kosh.

And Jerry Arney of Port Orange, FL.; sister, Grace Reetz of Detroit MI.; grandchildren, Crystal Glenn, Jennifer Smith and Michelle Smith and two great-grandchildren, Parker Glenn and Lian Glenn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Waymon and Minnie Conner Arney; husband, Posie Abbott; son, Bruce Abbott and sisters, Wilma Ledbetter and Martha Arney.
