Walter Frank Maxfield was born Feb. 23, 1934 in Allons. He was the owner of his own dry cleaners, laundromat and cleaning service.

Anderson Maxfield; sons, Frank and wife Sherri Maxfield, John Maxfield, Lucas and wife Chris Maxfield, Kent and wife Shannon Maxfield and Timothy Maxfield; daughter, Teresa Thompson; brothers and sisters, Irene Mabrey, Maggie Haun, Callie and husband Hobert Renner, Mary and husband Edward Lovely, Ruth Phipps, Ruby Anderson, Milton and wife Elaine Maxfield, Grady and wife Brenda Maxfield, Francis Hargis, Faye Maxfield, Betty Jo and husband Billie Hancock, Jerry and wife Claire Maxfield and Ben and wife Carolyn Maxfield; sister-in-law, Ann Maxfield; 23 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Cravens and Sadie Pearl Maxfield; two brothers, John Epp Maxfield and Cullom Maxfield; sisters, Nancy Hoskins Chatman and Phebe Pearl Maxfield and daughter-in-law, Sondra Maxfield.

Elbert Freeman Wilson was born June 22, 1925 in Overton County. He was a resident of Anderson, IN. He was a member of the Harris Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Navy on board the USS Denver during WWII.

Paul Allen Sipe was born May 1, 1946 in Bradley County Tennessee. He was a resident of Cookeville and was a member of Rickman First Freewill Baptist Church.

Mae Smith York was born March 15, 1918 in Fentress County. She was a resident of Livingston and was a member of the Livingston Freewill Baptist Church.

Christine W. Hicks was born Feb. 13, 1927 in Livingston. She was a resident of Saginaw, MI. She was a former resident of this area. She worked in the laundry department at St. Mary’s Hospital and was a former member of the Meadowbrook Church of Christ in Anderson.
Surviving relatives include two daughters, Linda and husband Alric Jones of Saginaw, MI. and Betty and husband Mike Whittaker of Spring Hill, FL.; granddaughter, Amy Whittaker of Indianapolis, IN. and two brothers, Rupert and wife Ann McDonald of Dayton, OH. and Carl and wife Margaret McDonald of Livingston.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Katie Bell Swafford and James W. McDonald; husband, Roy Hicks and brother, A.B. McDonald.

Willis Ernie Dishman, 72, passed away Nov. 4 in Battle Creek, MI. Services were held Nov. 9 at Farley-Estes Funeral Home in Battle Creek, MI. Interment followed at Ft. Custer National Cemetery with full military honors.
Willis Ernie Dishman was born Jan. 19, 1934 in Livingston. He attended Highland School and served in the United States Army and also the Korean War and worked for Grand Trunk Western Railroad and retired from Fisher Body.
Surviving relatives include sisters, Blenda “Mendy” Trevino of Rickman, Carlene McBride of Rickman, Jeannie Kellogg of Battle Creek, MI. and Patsy Ann Dishman of Algood; brothers, Leonard of Pontiac, IL. and Ricky of Monterey; son, Gary Gensch of Climax, MI.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and special niece, Wilma Yepez, who took care of him for the last year of his life.

Paul Jones was born Feb. 14, 1938 in Overton County. He was a retired construction worker and worked with the Overton County Highway Dept. and Putnam County Highway Dept.
Surviving relatives include wife, Wanda Hargis Jones; daughters, Lisa Kay Durham of Hanging Limb and Donna Fay Lewis of Monterey; son, Jimmy Paul Jones of Monterey; three sisters, Lucille Stephens of Monterey, Linda Hodge of Monterey and Reba Webber of Witcha Falls, TX.; three brothers, Frazier Jones of Monterey, Carl Jones of Monterey and Frank Jones of Monterey; six grandchildren, Amanda Vaden, Phillip Jones, Lucas Durham, Serena Jones, Ryan Durham and Ronnie Eugene Lewis II and one great-grandson, Ronnie Eugene Lewis III.
