BAILEY, STEVE GREGORY, age 42, of Rutledge, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 1998 in Philadelphia, PA. He was a member of Iron Workers Local 384 since 1974. Mr. Bailey is survived by his loving wife of three years, Janie and daughter Eliza Jane; mother and father George and Junav Bailey of Mascot; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Jo Bailey and son Gabe of Knoxville; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Mike Stalans and sons John and Wes of Blaine. Funeral services will be held Friday evening at 8:00 p.m. in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Walker and Rev. Mike Lee officiating. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy E. Greene and nephew, Mickey Greene. She is survived by her lifelong companion, Kenneth “Smokey” Colboch of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and James “Gip” Gipson of Morristown; step-daughters, Debra Hoover and Diane Vaughn, both of Morristown; grandchildren, John David and Alexandria Gipson, Jesse Parker and Kyle Vaughn, all of Morristown; mother, Imogene Greene of Rogersville; two brothers, Wayne and Elmer Greene, both of Rogersville.
