LIVESAY, ROBERT LEE, age 71, of Westminster, MD., died on Tuesday, December 22, 1998, at his home. He was born on May 12, 1927, in Kyles Ford, TN. He was the son of Dewey Livesay of Morristown, TN., and the late Addie Collinsworth Livesay. He was the husband of Opaline Livesay of Westminster. He had worked as a driver for the paint crew for the MD State Highway Administration. He was a member of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church, West Friendship. He was predeceased by a son, the late Bobby Livesay and brothers, the late Charles “Evin” Livesay and the late Jess Livesay. Surviving in addition to his father and wife are son: Michael Livesay of Eldersburg; daughters, Pamela C. Cunningham of Sykesville and Sherry Lynn Finzel of Westminster; brothers, Carl Livesay of Marriottsville, Homer Livesay of Sykesville, Calvin Livesay of Woodbine, Albert Livesay and Luther Livesay both of Morristown, TN. and Bill Livesay of Rogersville, TN.; and sister, Lochiel Garretson of Morristown, TN. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday from the Sharon Missionary Baptist Church, West Friendship. Officiating will be his pastors: Rev. James Johnson and Rev. Billy Phoebus. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. MILLS, ZELLA H., age 78, of Sneedville, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 1998 at the Lakeway Regional Hospital. She was a member of Little Mulberry Baptist Church. She was a retired school teacher of 39 years in the Hancock County School System. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Mills; parents, Virgil and Vinnie Hyatt; brother, Dr. Lyle Hyatt. Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Rosemary and Carl R. PAXTON, LEE “SONNY” JR., of Rolling Hills Road, Greeneville, TN., born April 20, 1923 in Appalachia, VA., passed away December 21, 1998 at Johnson City Medical Center. He was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Julie Moore Wright; sister, Margie Sue Wright; and brother, Billy Wright. Survivors include his brothers, Franklin D.
