Moody, Rhoena, age 75, of Lenoir City, passed away June 7, 2003 at the Parkwest Medical Center. Rhoena was a member of First Baptist Church Concord and the Seasons of Life Sunday School Class. She is survived by her husband of fifty four years, Noel Moody; son, Michael Moody and wife, Jessie; daughters: Pat Mourfield and husband, Bruce all of Lenoir City Gaye Moore and husband, Walter of Amarillo, TX, Sonja Jenkins and husband, Bruce of Lenoir City; grandchildren: Tammi Selvidge, David Mourfield, Amy Campbell, Boone Moody, Adam Moore, Rena Moore and Matt Jenkins; six great grandchildren; brother, Charles Crawford of Belton, TX; sisters: Molly Crawford of Lenoir City, Willie King of South Carolina and Glessie Jones of Lexington, KY; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Alice Moody, Rev. Morris, Harold G. Jr., age 55, of Knoxville, formerly of Clark, NJ, passed away suddenly Saturday evening June 7, 2003 at Park West Hospital in Knoxville. Harold was a life long member of the Catholic faith. He graduated from St. Peter's College in Jersey City, New Jersey with a degree in accounting and business management. He served in the U.S. Air Force, as a Staff Sargent for six years. Harold had more than 30 years of experience in financial management including Senior Auditor for Main LaFrentz & Company, Certified Public Accountants in NYC, Controller/Treasurer of Chemical Separations Corp. in Knoxville, Group Controller for Macawber Engineering in Maryville, Controller/Treasurer of W. J. Savage Co. in Knoxville and President of Tengasco Inc. in Knoxville. He also gained a certification as a Certified Fraud Examiner. Harold had a fond interest for automobiles, especially antiques. He was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America. Harold was preceded in death by his father, Harold G. Morris Sr. He is survived by Dorothy, his wife of 32 years, of Knoxville; children, Robert Morris of Elmhurst, NY, Tim Morris and Sara Morris both of Knoxville; mother, Bernadine Morris of Monroe Township, NJ; sisters, Maureen Hudak and husband John of New Jersey, Carol Craig and husband David of Georgia, Karen Petrino and husband John of New Jersey; brothers, Arthur Morris and wife Carol of Georgia, Don Morris and wife Marybeth of New York; several nieces and nephews. Barger, Edna Lucille Cline, age 67, of Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday evening, June 10, 2003. She was of the Baptist faith. Lucille was a former employee of Dinner Bell and Yale Security in Lenoir City. She was a 1953 graduate of Lenoir City High School. Preceded in death by son, Charles Gregory Barger; mother, Ruby Sherrill; father, Mack Cline; and brother, Ed Cline. Survived by son, Joe A. Barger; sister, Barbara Cline both of Lenoir City; grandchildren, Teia, Chris, Brittany and Selena Barger; 2 great grandchildren; and nephew, James Michael (Mickey) Cline. Werner, William E. (Bill, a devoted husband, father and grandfather) - age 72, of the Tellico Village Community, Loudon, TN formerly of Rochester Hills Michigan, passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2003. He was a member of Tellico Village Community Church. Bill was a retired executive with General Motors with thirty seven years service. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Navy on the U.S.S. Guadalupe. A graduate of Ohio State University School of Business Administration. Bill was formerly active with the Lions Club in Batavia, New York. Preceded in death by parents, Oscar Werner and Elizabeth Werner. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Lenoir City where he was a member of Dick DeMerchant’s Sunday School Class. He was a Deacon for over 40 years. He was retired from Alcoa after 35 years where he was a member of the 25 Year Club. He was an avid hunter. Preceded in death by parents, George and Sally Rollins; brother, G. W. Rollins; 2 infant sisters and an infant brother. DeLoach, Cynthia Gayle (Cindy), age 20, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord suddenly early Wednesday morning, June 18, 2003 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was a graduate of Center School and a former student at Farragut High School and Lenoir City High School. She was a member of the Honors Choir, track team and had made the honor roll several times at LCHS. Cindy was a member of First Baptist Church, Concord. She loved to sing in the youth choir, helped with Vacation Bible School, and had gone on several youth mission trips. She had also volunteered for the Knox Area Rescue Mission. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. Sunday, June 22, 2003 at First Baptist Concord Chapel followed by a Celebration of Life at 3 p.m. with Rev. Steve Peek and Dr. Doug Sager officiating. Taylor Blake Whitehead, age 1, infant son of Greg and Anita Whitehead of Knoxville went to be with the Lord early Wednesday morning June 18, 2003 at Park West Hospital. Blake preceded in death by his great grandparents, Ernest and Betty Ann Sharp; Marie and Jake Hedrick, Ethel Estes. Survivors: parents; brother, Jake Bowling; grandparents, Linda and Jerry Whitehead of Knoxville, Donald and Michella Estes of Russellville, Judy and Ken Westenhaver of Knoxville; great grandparents, Margaret and Lillard Whitehead of Knoxville; aunt, Amy Wilcox, husband John and their daughter, Mackenzie all of Knoxville; uncle, Brad Westenhaver and wife Maleah of Lenoir City; several great aunts, great uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel. Family and friends will gather at11 a.m. Saturday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for graveside services with Rev. Terry Bunch officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation of East Tennessee, 4450 Walker Blvd., Suite 2, Knoxville, TN 37917 or to East Tennessee Children's Hospital, 2018 Clinch Ave., Knoxville, TN 37916. Blake's parents and grand parents would like to thank his doctors and nurses for their care.
