Hubert Elton Davidson
Hubert Elton Davidson, 71, of Greenbrier-Ridgetop, died Thursday, March 11, 2004, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
Graveside services were held Sunday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Bearwallow Church of Christ Cemetery with Bruce Binkley officiating.
He was born in Cheatham County Jan. 6, 1933. He was retired from the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Edd Woods and Bessie Krantz Davidson, brothers, Adrian, Earl and Ray Davidson, and a sister, Frances Hampton.
Survivors include his wife, Lillie B. Boyd Davidson; a son, Timothy Elton (Lynette) Davidson of Lebanon; a grandson, Jacob Elliott Davidson; sisters, Christine (John) Wilson of Springfield and Martha (Owen) Perry of Ashland City; and a brother, Alvin “Honey” (Rachel) Davidson of Ashland City.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
Anderson & Garrett Funeral Homes, Joelton, was in charge of funeral arrangements.

Martha Hopkins Blankenship
Martha Hopkins Blankenship, 88, of Murfreesboro, and formerly of Springfield, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, at NHC Healthcare Center in Murfreesboro.
Graveside services were conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Evergreen Cemetery with Dr. Jerry Oakley officiating.
She was the daughter of the late John W. and Martha DePue Hopkins.
Mrs. Blankenship was a member of Springfield Baptist Church and a retired school teacher and real estate agent.
She was a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
Mrs. Blankenship was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Blankenship.
Survivors include her brother, Edward Hopkins of Knoxville; sisters-in-law, Pauline Blankenship of Murfreesboro and Catherine Zahn of Huntington, Ind.; many nieces and nephews.

Obie McCoy “Buster” Hulsey
Obie McCoy “Buster” Hulsey, 84, of Greenbrier, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at Centennial Medical Center.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Evans officiating.
The interment followed in Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Hulsey was born Sept. 7, 1919, in Robertson County to the late William Harvey and Lillie Fisher Hulsey.
He was a retired welder and a Baptist.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
Mr. Hulsey is preceded in death by his wife, Annie B. Darks Hulsey.
Survivors include daughters, Linda Kay Pankow of White House and Lois Diane Kopulos of White House; brother, Roy Hulsey of Cross Plains and William Claiborn Hulsey of Springfield; sisters, Pauline Pentecost of Chicago, and Sarah Bedwell of Greenbrier; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Robertson County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Betty Catherine Hulsey
Betty Catherine Hulsey, 68, of Cross Plains, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at NorthCrest Medical Center.
Funeral services were conducted Monday at 1 p.m. at Milldale Chapel with Dr. Ron Lowery officiating.
Interment followed in Cross Plains Cemetery.
Mrs. Hulsey was born May 17, 1935, in Robertson County, to the late John Appling and Martha Bertha Whitson Dorris.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cross Plains United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by two sons, Ronald Hulsey and Terry Dorris.
Survivors include her husband, Roy Hulsey of Cross Plains; brothers, Vadis Dorris of Orlinda and Oscar Dorris of Springfield; sisters, Allie Mae Coker of Kenton, Ohio, and Marjorie Lowhorn of Franklin, Ky.; grandchildren, Wayne Dorris, Monica Perry, and Martha Dorris; six great-grandchildren.
Milldale Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Deborah Lynn Rich
Deborah Lynn Rich, 57, of Springfield, died Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at NorthCrest Medical Center.
Her remains were cremated.
Mrs. Rich was born Oct. 13, 1946, in Raleigh, N.C.
She was a landscaper and a Baptist.
Mrs. Rich is survived by a daughter, Zandra Franks of Springfield; brothers, Mike and Tim Bell.
Robertson County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Altha Mae Davis
Altha Mae Davis, 78, of Nashville, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at Centennial Medical Center.
Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. in the Ann Hummer Cemetery in Adairville, Ky., with Kelly LeBlanc officiating.
Mrs. Davis was born June 3, 1925, in Logan County to the late Charlie and Clara Hardin Bomar.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by her husband, Bedford Davis, and a son, Earl McClendon.
Survivors include sons, Raymond McClendon of Nashville, Roger McClendon of Mt. Juliet, and Ronnie McClendon of Baltimore, Md.; daughters, Earline Fisher of Knoxville, Vickie Adcock of Ashland City, Connie Wiesmann of Seymour, Janet McClendon and Janice Weston, both of Nashville; brothers, Hugh Lynn Bomar and Lawrence Bomar, both of Adairville, Ky., and Henry Bomar of Goodlettsville; sisters, Bea Taylor of Clarksville, Paulette Cowan of Nashville, and Bessie Mayes of Adairville, Ky.; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Dean Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Gary Lee Bentley
Gary Lee Bentley, 50, died Friday, Dec. 5, 2003, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
Memorial services were held Saturday evening at 7 p.m. at Greenbrier Methodist Church with Rev. Hap Hewgley officiating.
Mr. Bentley was born Jan. 22, 1953, in Flint, Mich.
He was an advertising photographer and held a Bachelor of Arts degree.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Byron Dean and Alice Fannie Bentley.
Survivors include his wife, Sonja Bentley of Springfield; a son, Joseph Bentley; five daughters, Brooke Bentley, Kristen Bentley, Lisa Bentley, Sara Bentley and Amy Bentley, all of Greenbrier; four sisters, Aldeana Houlihan of Winchester, Deborah Vradenburgh of Mohawk, Robin Henry of Warsaw, Ind., and Kimberly Dies of Shelby Township, Mich.
The family requests memorials be made to either Greenbrier Methodist Church or to the Memorial Scholarship Fund at Greenbrier High School.
Austin & Bell Funeral Homes was in charge of arrangements.
