Bessie Louise Hicks, 81, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Sept. 28, at 11 a.m. with Bro. Roy Lamberth officiating.
Pallbearers were Billy and Will Craig, Tommy and Ashley Guthrie, Michael Slack, and Marcus Adams.
Interment followed at White House Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Mooney and Janie (Bob) Andrews; a brother, John Richard Coleman; grandchildren, Vicky Blackston, Teri Slack, Billy Craig, Mary Guthrie, Richard Mooney, Annie Walker, Darrell Andrews, David Andrews, Bonnie Fortier, Bradley Taylor; 23 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests donations be made to Sumner County Hospice.

Steve M. Evetts
Steve M. Evetts, 61, of Ridgetop died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, at Skyline Medical Center.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 1 p.m. at the Greenbrier Chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home with Dr. Fred Baldwin officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle Bentsen Evetts; a son and daughter-in-law, Tracy and Gayle Evetts, all of Ridgetop; two daughters, Sherri Johnson of Springfield and Pam Allmond of Lebanon; two brothers, Roger Evetts of Old Hickory, and Dean Evetts of Ridgetop; two sisters, Betty Bagwell of Greenbrier, and Helen Bilbrey of White House; and a devoted friend, Savannah.

Olline Dickens Price
Olline Dickens Price, 86, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, at Baptist Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Bro. Jerry Carmichael and Bro. Frank Matherly officiating.
Interment followed in the Ivy Point Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Elders and Deacons of the Ivy Point Church of Christ.
Mrs. Price was the daughter of the late Samuel Bethel and Bessie Mae Palmer Dickens.
She was a retired monogrammer.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Frankie Piland and two grandsons, Robert Thomas Burton and Benjamin Reeves Chester.
Survivors include her husband, Ben J. Price; a brother, Russell Derseweh of Ocala, Fla.; daughters, Dickye P. (Henry) Baggett of Cedar Hill, and Cathryn P. (Glen) Chester of Joelton; three grandchildren, Ben Shane Burton of Greenbrier, John P. Platz III of Slidell, La., April Marie Chester of Joelton; and five great-grandchildren.

Virginia McLean Bryant
Virginia McLean Bryant, 73, of Springfield died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, at Skyline Medical Center.
Graveside services were conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 in the Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg, with Dr. Farris Moore officiating.
Pallbearers were John Shannon Bryant, Robert Bryant Jarrell, John Patrick Jarrell, James Bradford Jarrell, Thomas Onstott, Edward Blount, and Coy Miller.
Bryant was born July 20, 1929, to the late William Patrick and Edwina Swaim Bryant.
She is preceded in death by a brother, William Patrick (Buck) Bryant Jr.
Survivors include by a brother, John Edwin and Rosaline Bryant of Springfield, and a sister, Margaret and John Jarrell of Shelbyville.

Lee Roy Burchett
Lee Roy Burchett, 90, died Sept. 26, 2002.
Funeral services were conducted in the Chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home with Bro. Kyle Slater officiating, Sunday, Sept. 29 at 2 p.m.
Interment followed in Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers for the service were Gerald Ellis, Tommy Caroland, Tim Sowell, Bobby Sowell, Larry Heatherly, Don Corbin and Jimmy Roland.
Mr. Burchett is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Ewing and Hettie Victoria Sanders Burchett, and his wife of 65 years, Lilliam Shepherd Burchett.
He was employed by the Frito-Lay Company for 20 years.
Mr. Burchett is survived by a daughter, Jean Crawford.
Memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church in Springfield.

Dimple D. Felts
Dimple D. Felts, 83, died Sept. 29, 2002.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Oct. 1 in the Chapel of the Austin & Bell Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Carroll of Bethlehem Baptist church officiating.
Interment followed in Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were Wayne Bracey, Roger Herndon, Kyle Herndon, Jimmy Drake, John Abernathy and Bill Drake.
Mrs. Felts was born in Robertson County May 18, 1919, to the late W. A. and Celena Choate Drake
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Commodore Felts, and a brother, Lewis Drake.
She is survived by a daughter, Jerry Ann and Ralph Bracey; a brother, Thomas Drake of Dickson; a sister, Mary A. Grant of Houston, Texas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Terry Glidewell
Terry Michael Glidewell, 49, of Springfield died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 2 (today) at 1 p.m. at the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home, with Rev. Bill Vance officiating.
Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Glidewell was born March 20, 1953, in Robertson County.
He was a member of Orlinda Baptist Church, the board of directors of the Springfield Country Club, former member of the Springfield Lions Club, and a part of the Payne Chevrolet sales team for over 16 years.
He is preceded in death by his father, Clement “Tim” Glidewell.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Porter Glidewell, his daughter, Colby Glidewell, and his mother, Poppy Baggett Glidewell, all of Springfield.
