Burial will follow Thursday at 10 a.m. at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Springfield.
Mr. McClain is survived by his wife, Annie McClain of Springfield; two sons, Anthony McClain and Jeffery McClain, both of Springfield; six daughters, Linda Northington, Lisa Howard, Teresa Leavell, Christie McClain, Dawn McClain and Tracy Raye; a sister, Mary Gladys McClain.

Elizabeth Gail Kelly, 47, of Springfield, died Monday, March 1, 2004, at NorthCrest Medical Center.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, March 3 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Dilday Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Merwin officiating.
Interment followed at McAuley Cemetery.
Mrs. Kelly was born Nov. 24, 1956, in Carroll County. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, William Lloyd Kelly Jr.; her parents, C.B. and Ina Bell Williams of Buena Vista; two daughters, Kimberly Nicole Kelly and Emily Elizabeth Kelly; a son, Evan Lloyd Kelly, all of Springfield; two brothers, Charlie Ben Williams and John Wayne Williams, both of Buena Vista; her mother-in-law, Betty Jean Kelly; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Jean Kelly, both of Huntingdon.
Pallbearers were Charlie Ben Williams, John Wayne Williams, Don Williams, Evan Kelly, Chad Edwards and Tom Edwards.

John W. Orr Jr., 63, of Springfield, died Sunday, March 7, 2004.
Funeral services will be held today, March 10 at Hopewell AME at 1 p.m., with Rev. Lisa Hammonds officiating.
Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery.
He was raised in the Park Station Community.
His parents are the late John W. Orr Sr., and Alice Wilkes Orr Buchanan.
Survivors include Jackie Jackson Orr of Springfield; brother, JaColby Orr of Chicago, Ill.; a sister, Robbie Ann Orr of Chicago, Ill.
Betty Cummings Price
Betty Cummings Price, 77, of Orlinda, died Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 4 at 2 p.m. at Milldale Chapel with Rev. Stan Campbell and Dick Arnold officiating.
Interment will follow in Orlinda Cemetery.
Mrs. Price was born March 4, 1926, in Robertson County to the late James Charles and Vera Covington Cummings.
She was a retired teller from Bank of Orlinda and was member of Orlinda Baptist Church.
Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Price.
Survivors include daughters, Marcia Price Arnold and Gloria Price, both of Arlington, Texas, and Peggy Price LeCroy of Wildwood, Fla.; a sister, Charlotte Woodward of Springfield; grandchildren, Natalie Arnold Sinclair, Heather LeCroy Magamoll, and Larry Douglas LeCroy; a great-grandchild, Zachary Sinclair.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Orlinda Baptist Church.

Paul Michael “Mickey” Hobdy, 57, of Springfield, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, at NorthCrest Medical Center.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Feb. 29 at Milldale Chapel with Rev. Rick Robinson officiating.
Interment followed in Williams Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Hobdy was born Nov. 12, 1946, in Robertson County.
He was a dairy farmer and a member of Williams Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Renee Sanders Hobdy of Springfield; a son, Kyle Michael Hobdy of Springfield; a daughter, Krista Michelle Hobdy of Springfield; parents, Paul D. and Martha Hobdy of Springfield; sisters, Linda Link of Owensboro, Ky., and Carol (Bill) Cobb of Springfield.

Zella Mae Smith
Zella Mae Smith, 89 of Orlinda, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at NHC Healthcare Center.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. at Milldale Chapel with Rev. Rick Robinson officiating.
Interment followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Miss Smith was born Jan. 23, 1915, in Robertson County to the late Elmer and Vergie Mae Lane Smith.
She was a retired nurses aid and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include a niece, Charlotte Belt (the child she raised) of Springfield; great-nieces, Pamela Neal of Pleasant View and Cindy Fuqua of Springfield; great-great-nieces, Jayda Bernard of Springfield and Emily Neal of Pleasant View; great-great-nephew, Jacob Fuqua of Springfield; nine nieces and nephews.

Dessie Graves Wilson
Dessie Graves Wilson, 86, of Springfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at NHC Healthcare Center.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, Feb. 27 at 2 p.m. at Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Owen and Dr. Ron Lowery officiating.
Interment followed in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilson was born Sept. 17, 1917, in Macon County to the late Sumner and Betty Reid Graves.
She was a homemaker and a cafeteria worker at East Robertson.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, where she served as GA Leader and Sunday School teacher for many years.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Lynn Jones.
Survivors include her husband, Woodrow Wilson of Springfield; son and daughter-in-law, Harry and Becky Wilson of Springfield; a daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Larry Pinson of Springfield; a sister, Dorothy Johnson of Springfield; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren.
