Rabecka Dianna Scholl McAlister, 21, died Sept. 10 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
A memorial service will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield Sunday, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Nelvin R. Jordan officiating.
She was born Sept. 16, 1981 in Vicenza, Italy.
Survivors include a son, Tristin Jared McAlister and a daughter, Trinity Nicole McAlister, both of Springfield; mother, Theresa Ann Coffelt Ruley and step-father, Steve Ruley of Springfield; Benjamin Lewis Scholl and step-mother, Nancy Scholl of Cartersville, Ga.; a brother, Jason Scholl of Clarksville; step-brother, Stevie Ruley of Springfield; and sister-in-law, Lisa Scholl of Clarksville.

Annie Lorene Koonce
Annie Lorene Koonce, 87, died Monday, Oct. 6, 2003, at Baptist Hospital in Nashville.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday (today) Oct. 8 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Bro. Don Choate and Bro. Jeff Fryer officiating.
Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Koonce was born in Robertson County on Nov. 29, 1915, to the late Samuel and Melinda Rawls Fryer.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Koonce.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Judy Koonce of Goodlettsville; daughters, Linda Cole of Murfreesboro and Barbara and Tommy Sloan of Hendersonville; a sister, Lydeion Branlett of Greenbrier; four grandchildren, Jeff Koonce, Jason Koonce, John Pentecost and Leigh Ann Boles; and eight great-grandchildren.

Jean Turpin Shearer
Jean Turpin Shearer, 80, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, at Elmhurst Nursing Home.
Graveside services were held in the Elmwood Cemetery Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003, at 3:30 p.m. with Dr. Jerry Oakley officiating.
She was born Oct. 14, 1922, in Neodasha, Kan. To the late Lester and Allie Correll Turpin.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Shearer and a brother, Forrest Turpin.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Robert Allen and Sherry Shearer of Springfield; a daughter, Joan Robertson of Knoxville; grandchildren, Dallas and Summer Shearer of Springfield; Tiffany Lester of Nashville, and Jason Robertson of Las Vegas, Nev.; and a great-grandchild.

Annie Lou Stainback, 96, died at Whitehaven Assisted Living in Adams, Thursday, Oct. 2, 2003.
Funeral services were held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield Saturday, Oct. 4 with Bro. Don Burns officiating.
Burial followed in Red River Cemetery in Adams.
Mrs. Stainback was born Oct. 12, 1906, in Adams to the late Claude and Emma Lokey Watson.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, George I. Stainback and a brother, Arthur Watson and sisters, Grace Morris, Mossie Mae Holloway, Gladys Sanders and Brenda Powell, and two grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Ed and Greta Stainback and Wayne and Sue Stainback, all of Adams; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers for the service were George Stainback II, Lee Stainback, Joe Griffin, Jimmy Roland, Dorris Elliott, Ray Ellis and Ronnie Ellis.

Nora Lucille Rigsby
Nora Lucille Rigsby, 89, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2003, at Russellville Healthcare Facility in Russellville, Ky.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Oct. 5 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield.
She was born in Logan County, Ky. on April 28, 1914, to the late A.M. and Mattie Dotson Brown.
She is also preceded in death by her husband, George Rigsby.
Survivors include a daughter, Ruby Tracy of White Bluff; a grandson, William “Tony” Tracy of Nashville; and a sister, Regina Dobson of Russellville, Ky.

Kermit Stephen Barbee
Kermit Stephen Barbee, 45, died as a result of injuries received in a traffic accident in Todd County, Ky. Friday afternoon, Oct. 3, 2003.
Funeral services were held Sunday evening, Oct. 5 in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield with Bro. O. Jewell Barrett officiating.
He was manager of Trucks W/ More.
He was born in Trenton, Mich. Jan. 11, 1958, to Clarence Wilbur and Margaret Anne Robey Barbee of Springfield.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother, Margaret Burr Robey of Adairville, Ky.; brothers and sister-in-law, Lester and Ruth Marie Orndorff Barbee, Brent Barbee; a sister, Clarissa “Chee Chee” Barbee Parrish, all of Springfield; nephews, Keith Barbee, Clay Barbee, Jacob Barbee, Crockett Parrish, Chaz Parrish; and a niece, Jessica Barbee.
Pallbearers for the service were Banie Robertson, Holman Winn Robertson III, Lee Robey, David Pettus, Reynolds Boyd, Chip Johnson and Greg Robey.

Ernestine Parrish, 79, of Springfield, died Friday, Oct. 3, 2003, at Beverly Healthcare Center.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Smith and Rev. Mike Duff officiating.
The interment followed in Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Parrish was born Sept. 2, 1924, in Logan County, Ky. to the late David and Lissie Robertson Lowe.
She was a homemaker and a member of North Springfield Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, James A. Parrish; a son, Larry Parrish; granddaughter, Cynthia Crawford and husband, Jason; a great-granddaughter, Cassidy Brooke Crawford, all of Springfield.
