Rabecka Diana McAlister, 21, of Russellville, Ky., died Sept. 10, 2003, in Robertson County.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
She was born in Vicenza, Italy on Sept. 16, 1981.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her parents, Ben Scholl of Cartersville, Ga., and Theresa Coffelt Ruley of Springfield; a son, Tristan Jarred McAlister of Russellville, Ky.; a daughter, Trinity Nicole McAlister, also of Russellville; a brother, Jason Scholl of Clarksville.
Buster Parks
Mr. Buster Parks, 73, of Franklin, Ky. died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2003, at his residence.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 13 at 1 p.m. with Bro. James Hightower and Bro. Bill Johnson officiating.
Burial followed in Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
He was a native of Macon County and the son of the late John Sullivan and Roberta Adams Parks.
He was a farmer and was married to the late Edna Mae Spivey Parks.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by twin boys, Jerry and Terry Parks and twin girls, Brenda and Linda Parks, a sister, Dolly Spivey and a brother, Carson Parks.
Survivors include five sons, Eddie, Ricky, and Lester Parks, all of Franklin, Ky., and Jeff and Frankie Parks, both of Bowling Green, Ky.; three daughters, Patricia Parks and Connie Cantrell, both of Franklin, and Wanda Hyde of Bowling Green; a brother, J.T. Parks of Smyrna; two sisters, Lillie Jernigan and Willie Biggs, both of Springfield; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Steve Morgan
Steve Morgan, 56, of Ridgetop, died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2003, at Veterans Medical Center in Nashville.
Graveside services were conducted Thursday, Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. in Middle Tennessee Veteran’s Cemetery.
Mr. Morgan was born Aug. 8, 1947, in Davidson County.
He was a self-employed contractor and farmer.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph Wilson Morgan.
Survivors include his wife, Teala Knight Morgan of Ridgetop; a son, Robby Steven Morgan of Ridgetop; a daughter, Bridgette Tate of Ridgetop; mother, Dorothy Allgood Morgan of Ridgtop; brothers, Larry Wilson Morgan of Ridgetop and Kenneth Ray Morgan of Henderonville; a sister, Charlotte Louise Morgan of Ridgetop; grandchildren, Robert Christopher Morgan, Morgan Alexus Tate, Jacob Allen Harned.

Bertha May Mitchell
Bertha May Mitchell, 63, of Goodlettsville, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2003, at Skyline Medical Center.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, Sept. 8 at 1 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with David W. Jones, Bro. Jack Martin, and Tim Harris officiating.
The interment followed in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Nashville.
Miss Mitchell was born July 7, 1940, in Davidson County to the late James Polk and Alice Mary Marie “Mama Curly” Dillaha Mitchell.
She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include brothers, Roy Mitchell of Smyrna, Bobby Mitchell of Greenbrier, and Burton “Dickie” Mitchell of Ashland City; sisters, Mary Louise Jones of Ashland City, and Geraldine Thomas of Mt. Juliet; aunts, Elizabeth Dillaha, Lorraine Dillaha and Ann Dillaha, all of Springfield.

Mary Clifford Wyatt
Mary Clifford Wyatt, 87, of Elkton, Ky., and formerly of Springfield, died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2003, at Hearthstone Place in Elkton, Ky.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 3 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Bro. Richard Oldham officiating.
The interment followed in Memorial Gardens
Mrs. Wyatt was born May 28, 1916, in Butler County, Ky., to the late Mack and Roena Dulin Emberton.
She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Dolphus Wyatt, son, Mickey Wyatt, granddaughter, Dibbie Rager.
Survivors include daughters, Donna Toner of Elkton, Ky., Barbara Carter of Allensville, Ky., Mary Adcock of Cumberland Furnace; brothers, Charles Emberton of Bowling Green, Ky., and James Emberton of Mt. Juliet; sisters, Gladys Henderson of Cadiz, Ky., Lucille Deason of Clarksville, and Katherine Teague of Guthrie, Ky.; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great-grandchildren.

Jimmy Jenkins
James Henry “Jimmy” Jenkins, 72, of Springfield, died Saturday, Sept. 6, 2003.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 1 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Dr. David Leavell officiating.
The interment followed in Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Jenkins was born Sept. 6, 1931, in Logan County, Ky., to the late James Henry and Norene Martin Jenkins.
He owned and operated his construction company.
Mr. Jenkins was a member of Western Star Masonic Lodge and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force with service in the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Roest Jenkins of Springfield; sons, James Michael Jenkins and Gordon Wayne Jenkins, both of San Diego, Calif.; a daughter, Laurie Patrice Tidwell of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a step-son, Robert Michael Brown of Olmstead, Ky.; a step-daughter, Sandy Lynn Chowning of White House; a sister, Pauline Bates of Mt. Juliet; nine grandchildren; a great-grandchild.

Brenda Kay Jones
Brenda Kay Jones, 55, of Springfield, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2003.
Funeral services were conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield Saturday, Sept. 6 at 1 p.m. with Bro. Jack Fry officiating.
Interment followed in Greenbrier Cemetery.
She was born in Springfield Jan. 26, 1948, to William Lawrence and Annie Ethel Biggs Hulsey.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Jean Hulsey.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar Benton Jones of Springfield; sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher and Kathy Jones of Adams, Oscar and Della Jones of Springfield, and David and Tracy Jones of Springfield; four brothers, Roger Hulsey, Jerry Hulsey, both of Springfield, Billy Hulsey of Nashville, and Jimmy Hulsey of Dayton, Ohio; four sisters, Ruby Didanato, Charlene Farmer, both of Springfield, Bea Spain of Nashville, and Hilda Agougia of New York; a daughter-in-law, Lisa York; and nine grandchildren.
Pallbearers for the service were Lt. Charles Hilliard, Det. Richard Head, Sgt. Tom Ryan, Sgt. Jerry Long, EMS Trey Cook, Officer Eric Putman and Deputy Wayne Carlisle.
