Dorothy Jean LaRue
Services for Mrs. Dorothy Jean Miller LaRue, 65, of Kittrell-Halls Hill Road, Readyville, who died Wednesday, July 22, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center, are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Jennings & Ayers chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. James Avaritt will officiate.
Her parents were the late Dave Miller and Elizabeth Reed Miller, and her husband was the late Hugh Lee LaRue.
She is survived by four daughters, Marion Sue Yates of Missouri, Wanda Davenport of Readyville, Kay Todd, Kimberly Taylor, both of Murfreesboro; a sister, Mozelle Walrath of Missouri; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A member of the Baptist church, she had worked in home heath care, sitting with the elderly.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. today at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home.

Don Duweling
Services for Don Duweling, 62, of Cheyenne Circle, Beech Grove, who died at home Thursday, July 23, are set for 11 a.m. Monday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Wiatt Funk will officiate.
His father was the late Henry Duweling.
He is survived by his mother, Sally Knapke Duweling of Ohio; his wife, Barbara "B.J." Duweling of Beech Grove; two sons, Mike Duweling, Dan Duweling, both of California; seven daughters, Karen Jordan of Kentucky, Connie Maginn, Linda Kazarinoff, Melissa Cota, all of California, Cindy Faulk of Wisconsin, Vicky Strine, Kathy Sinibaldi, both of Florida; a sister, Ann Kremer of Oklahoma; and 17 grandchildren.
A member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and a native of Coldwater, Ohio, he spent seven years as band director at New Madison High School and Fort Recovery Highs School in Ohio. He was principal at Parkway High School in Rockford, Ohio, for three years and spent four years in Springfield, Ohio, in the retail music business. The past 17 years, he was self-employed in the truck washing business and was head park trustee at Lakewood Park in Beech Grove.
Donations may be made to Hospice of Highland Rim, Tullahoma.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home.

Fred Harold Sullins
Services for Mr. Fred "Bud" Harold Sullins, 60, of 2580 A Dixon Court, who died Friday at St. Thomas Hospital are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home, followed by burial in Cherry Cemetery, with Charles Mullins officiating.
Mr. Sullins was a native of Cannon County and the son of the late Dan Sullins and the late Emma Simpson Sullins. He is survived by his wife, Wilma Manus Sullins; two daughters, Nyoka Robinson of Murfreesboro, and Candy Sullins of Chattanooga; two brothers, Lacie and Ellis Sullins, both of Woodbury; four sisters, Bonnie Vance and Jean Sullins, both of Murfreesboro, Betty Mingle of McMinnville, and Nancy Sissom of Woodbury.
Mr. Sullins was a retired brick and stone mason, and a member of Kingwood Heights Church of Christ. Visitation will be from noon until 9 p.m. today at Woodbury Funeral Home.

James E. Baxter Jr.
Services for Mr. James Ervin Baxter Jr., 80 of 7401 Lowe Lane, who died Friday at Middle Tennessee Medical Center are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Jennings & Ayers Chapel, followed by burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, with the Revs. Randy Sledge and Darrel Whaley officiating.
Mr. Baxter was the son of the late James Ervin Baxter, Sr., and Lacy Mai Gannon Baxter. His wife, Millie Mae Lambert Baxter, died in 1980. He is survived by two sons, Gene Baxter of Bradyville and Thomas Baxter of Martin; a brother, H.G. Baxter of Christiana; two sisters, Lucille Christman and Mildred Mears, both of Murfreesboro; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Mr. Baxter was a native of Rutherford County, and was a retired carpenter and farmer. Visitation with the family will be from 5-9 p.m. today at Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home.

Clarence Jackson
Services for Mr. Clarence Jackson, 83, of Battle Creek, Mich., who died Thursday, July 23, in Battle Creek, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service in Battle Creek with Keith N. McDonald officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Battle Creek.
A native of Homer, La., Mr. Jackson was the son of the late Phillip and Ella Jackson, and was preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Sadie Jackson of Battle Creek; a son, Elbert Jackson of Murfreesboro; a daughter, Diane Storey of Battle Creek; one brother, Oliver Jackson of Kalamazoo, Mich.; and five grandchildren.
Mr. Jackson was employed at the Veterans Administration Medical Center and a member of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Battle Creek.
Visitation with the family is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. Monday at Bachman Hebble Funeral Service, which is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her mother; husband, David Fultz; a son, David Fultz Jr. of Smyrna; two daughters, Gerrie Demonbreun of Smyrna and Juanita Michelle Godby of Cincinnati; three brothers, Kenneth Musser of Ashland, Ky., Virgil Musser of Delaware and Roy Musser of Rockvale; four sisters, Janice Holder of Old Hickory, Kathy Wilburn of Garrison, Ky., Eva Estep of Virginia, and Karen Harless of Smyrna; and seven grandchildren.
Mrs. Fultz was a member of the Music City Assembly of God.

A native of Nashville, her father was the late Howard Neil Moore.

Davenport of Nashville; a daughter, Dana Marie Anderson of Old Hickory; a stepson, Steven Flick of Evansville, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Marie Flick of Elgin, Ill.; a half brother, Jerry N. Moore of Knoxville; four grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren.
She was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Alive Hospice of Nashville.
