Plans for services for Margaret Elder, 58, of Smyrna, who died Saturday, June 6, at Peachtree Nursing Home in Smyrna, are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by Scales & Sons Funeral Home.
She is survived by a son, Charles Clark of Nashville; five sisters, Peggy Jones of Smyrna, Doris Tatum of Murfreesboro, Wyonia Clark of Smyrna, Connie Thomas of Georgia, and Mattie Thomas of Smyrna; and three brothers, Larry Clark of Nashville, James Clark of Murfreesboro, and John Lee Thomas of Smyrna.

Services for Miss Margaret Lucille Watson, Elliott Drive, who died at home Sunday, June 6, are set for 1 p.m. Tuesday at Jennings & Ayers chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Charles Mullins will officiate.
Her parents were the late Robert Watson and Mary Pearl Holton Watson.
She is survived by three brothers, Robert Lee Watson of Lebanon, Charles Watson, Ellis Watson, both of Murfreesboro; and two sisters, Mabel McCall of Atlanta, Ga., and Peggy Young of Huntsville, Ala.
A member of the Church of Christ, she was a former employee of Murfreesboro Medical Clinic and Surgicenter.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. today at Jennings & Ayes Funeral Home.

Gladys Robinson
Services for Mrs. Gladys Robinson, 79, Murfreesboro, who died Saturday, June 6, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center after an extended illness, will be held today in Greenville, S.C., with burial in Rest Haven Cemetery, Piedmont, S.C., Wednesday.
Her parents were the late Jim Dixon and Emma Smith.
She is survived by her husband, Marion Robinson; three sons, Moss Dixon of Murfreesboro, Leon Holiday, John Sherman, both of Greenville; four daughters, Ethel Williams, Annette Gaines, both of Murfreesboro, Sylvia Holiday of Greenville, Jeanette Free of Greenville; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Hellum Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.

Services for Claude Anthony Huddleston Sr., 87, Mt. Juliet, who died today, June 8, at Southern Hills Medical Center, Nashville, are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Jennings & Ayers chapel with burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton. Daryl Demonbreun will officiate.
His parents were the late Anthony Huddleston and Effie Elizabeth Patterson Huddleston, and his wife was Maggie E. Huddleston, who died in 1984.
He is survived by two sons, Claude A. "Tony" Huddleston Jr. of Mt. Juliet, Thomas L. Huddleston of Smyrna; daughter, Jamie Dill of Nashville; brother, John Morgan Huddleston of Walter Hill community; three sisters, Pauline Alsup, Etta Mae Adams, Hermene Ferrell, all of Murfreesboro; and six grandchildren.
A member of the Church of Christ and a U.S. Army Air Force veteran of World War II, he was in the furniture business. A native of Wilson County, he had lived in Davidson County most of his life.

Mae E. Viges
Services for Mae E. Viges, 87, Midland, Mich., who died Monday, June 1, at Tennessee Christian Medical Center, Madison, Tenn., were held Saturday at Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral chapel, with burial in Midland Cemetery. The Rev. Michael Jankowiak officiated.
Her parents were the late James and Rose Haynes Jury, and her husband was the late Edgar L. Viges.
Survivors include three children, Julaine Stevens of Castalian Springs, Tenn., Enza Viges of Midland, Olene Robinson of Murfreesboro; brother, Harry Jury of East Lansing, Mich.; sister, Ruby Selbig of Owosso, Mich; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She and her husband had owned and operated a mint farm in the St. Johns, Mich., and she had worked in several restaurants in that area.
Memorials may be made to the Aging of Midland, or the American Red Cross of Midland.

Services for William DeWitt "Daddy Will" Thompson, 82, Murfreesboro, who died Saturday, June 6, at Peachtree Nursing Home, are set for noon Thursday at First Baptist Church with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Richard W. Gordon will officiate.
He is survived by a daughter, Nancy L. Bryson Vaughan of Murfreesboro; two grandsons, Randall Bryson of Nashville, and Russell Bryson of New Oxford, Pa.
The body will lie in state from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday at the church.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Dean Cook Dutton of Gassaway; a daughter, Jama Hancock of Gassaway; a brother, Allen Dutton of Franklin; five sisters, Kitty Dutton, Freda Hancock, Josephine McGee, all of Woodbury, Dean Pittard of Nashville, Billie Campbell of Donelson; and two grandchildren.
A member of Gassaway Church of Christ, he was a retired truck driver with Tennessee Carolina Transport.
Visitation was held Monday at Woodbury Funeral Home.
