Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill cemetery East. She was a member of Raleigh Assembly of God Church. Mrs. Shumpert, the widow of James H. Shumpert, leaves a daughter, Beverly Kessler of Bartlett; a son, John M. Shumpert of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; a sister, Polly Bowen of Arkabutla, Miss., nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. STEPHEN SREDONJA, 73, of Memphis, master chief petty officer in the Navy for 31 years, died of Parkinson disease Thursday at Saint Francis Hospital.
