ALBERTA BRIDGET, 54, of Memphis, died of heart failure Sunday at Delta Medical Center. M. J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Bridget, the wife of Fred Bridget, also leaves three daughters, Michelle Little, Staice Bridget and Tavia Bridget, all of Memphis; a son, Raymond Johnson of Flint, Mich.; her parents, Geneva and James Moore, and a sister, Terri McAfee, all of Mt. Pleasant, Miss.; four brothers, Alvin Moore, Scottie Moore and Ralph Moore, all of Mt. Pleasant, and Marvell Moore of Lake Cormorant, and nine grandchildren.

DANNY LEE BROOKS, 36, of Memphis, formerly of Lebanon, Tenn., died Wednesday in Memphis of an apparent homicide. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at New Christian Life Church in Lebanon with burial in Mt. Lebanon Memorial Gardens. Disyal Funeral Home in Lebanon has charge. He was a graduate of Lebanon High School. Mr. Brooks, the widower of Crystal Furgerson Brooks, leaves three daughters, Jasmine Brooks of Gordonsville, Tenn., Starisha Brooks of Old Hickory, Tenn., and Keondra Brooks of Memphis; six sisters, Linda Taylor and Diane Brooks, both of Memphis, and Mary Word, Katy Brooks, Margret Brooks and Barbara Brooks, all of Lebanon, and five brothers, Kenneth Brooks, David Brooks, Ronnie Brooks, Billy Brooks and Glen Brooks, all of Lebanon.

KATHERINE BUFORD, 76, of Cordova, retired from the Federal Reserve, died of cancer Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Edmonson cemetery in Southaven. Forest Hill Funeral Home East has charge. She was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church and former member of Whitehaven Presbyterian Church. She leaves two daughters, Charlotte Bronze of Cleveland, Tenn., and Robin Johnston of Memphis, and four grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society or Faith Presbyterian Church.

She leaves four sisters, Lucille Smith of Bethel Springs, Tenn., Gladys Queen of Florence, Ala., Ruby Lane of Millington and Shirley Taylor of Pueblo West, Colo., and a brother, Clarence Burns of Munford.
