Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Forest Hill Funeral Home South with burial in Forest Hill cemetery South. He leaves his mother, Patricia Helums of Southaven; a sister, Michelle Mersereau of West Memphis, and a brother, Daniel Ray Williams of New Orleans.

FRANCES BANKS WOOLLARD, 76, of Destin, Fla., formerly of Clarkedale, Ark., and Memphis, homemaker, died Monday at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Fla. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Grace Lutheran Church in Destin, where she was a member of the handbell choir. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis has charge. She was a graduate of Marion (Ark.) High School and Florida Southern University and past zone president of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League. Mrs. Woollard, the wife of Oliver Slaton Woollard Jr., also leaves three daughters, Llewlee McKinney of Ellijay, Ga., Frances Jones of Maryville, Tenn., and Anne Elizabeth Dixon of Champaign, Ill.; two sons, Henry Banks Woollard of Stuart, Fla., and Oliver Slaton Woollard III of Pensacola, eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild. CAROLYN SUE HOYT, 70, of Humboldt, Tenn., retired from Chevron Corp., died Monday in Daphne, Ala. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rose Hill cemetery.
