LLOYD C. CHRISTIE, 86, of Memphis, commercial pilot and retired manager of Dealer's Truckstell, died Wednesday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with entombment in Memorial Park Mausoleum. He was a communicant of St. Michael's Catholic Church, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran and former chief flight instructor for Grider's Field in Pine Bluff, Ark. Mr. Christie, the husband of Florence Christie, also leaves a daughter, Jo Ann Richardson, and a son, Jack Christie, both of Memphis; a sister, Elda Nickoli of Elyria, Ohio; a brother, F. R. Christie of Marion, Ind., four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.

IDA DAVIS, 78, of Memphis, homemaker, died Saturday in Oakland, Calif. R. S. Lewis & Sons Funeral Home has charge. Mrs. Davis, the widow of John D. Davis Jr., leaves five daughters, Patricia A.
