ANNIE LOUISE WEAVER, 73, of Memphis, retired licensed practical nurse, died Friday in Garland, Texas. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at M. J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home with burial in West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. She was a member of Moriah Baptist Church. Mrs. Weaver, the widow of Clarence Weaver, leaves two daughters, Patty W. Holmes of Memphis and Candace W. Tate of Garland, Texas; two sons, Clarence Madyun Jr. of Duncanville, Texas, and Muhammed Madyun of Memphis; a brother, Robert Lane of Memphis, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. RON R. WHEELER, 55, of Memphis, forklift operator for Nike, died Monday at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. Mid-South Mortuary Service has charge. He was a Vietnam War Army veteran. He leaves a daughter, Mandy Wheeler of Winfield, La.; a son, Sam Wheeler of Fort Worth, Texas; his mother, Mary Louise Wheeler, and a sister, Dannye Klimpe, both of Arlington, Texas; two brothers, Randy Wheeler of Fort Worth and Rodney Wheeler of Arlington, and two grandchildren. HARRY HUGH WHITMORE, 79, of Lakeland, Fla., formerly of Memphis, died Oct. 1 in Lakeland. He was a member of Highland Heights and Woodland Presbyterian churches and Loyal Order and Legion of the Moose and a Mason. CARROLL CLAYTON BLAIR, 70, of Proctor, Ark., greyhound kennel owner, died Thursday at his home. He was president of Steudlein Learning Center, inductee, board member, vice president and president of the Greyhound Hall of Fame, board of directors member and former vice president of National Greyhound Association, an Army veteran and member of American Legion Post 53. Mr. Blair, the husband of Jenneane R. Blair, also leaves three daughters, Terie Boyette of Jonesboro, Ark., Chatie Blair of Wichita, Kan., and Shanna Formentano of Helena, Ark.; two sons, Randy Blair of Shorter, Ala., and Rusty Blair of Marion; a brother, Clinton 'Buzz' Blair of Kansas City, Kan., 17 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
