MARIE C. WATSON, 79, of Collierville, formerly of Oxford, Miss., homemaker and retired secretary at Oxford-Lafayette County Hospital, died Friday at Collierville Health and Rehab. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Waller Funeral Home in Oxford with burial in St. Peter's cemetery there. She was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church. Mrs. Watson, the widow of Dan E. Watson, leaves three daughters, Rebecca Morrow of Memphis, Pam E. Churchill of Oxford and Catherine J.
