MARY ELLEN FOSTER, 60, of Longview, Texas, formerly of Memphis, homemaker and administrative assistant for Machin & Associates, died Tuesday at her home. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Greggton United Methodist Church in Longview with burial in Lakeview cemetery there. Rader Funeral Home of Longview has charge. She leaves a daughter, Deana Templeton of Memphis; a son, Brad Foster of Liberty City, Texas, and a sister, Cindy McMillan and a brother, Bill Stoudt, both of Longview. JAMES GUNN, 64, of Jericho, Ark., farmer, died Friday at Crittenden Memorial Hospital in West Memphis. RUBY JO HARPER, 79, of Clarksdale, Miss., formerly of Memphis, retired from The Commercial Appeal advertising department and former police officer, died Wednesday at her home.
