EDDIE L. 'FISHBONE' JONES, 56, of Memphis, military chef and retired from Illinois Central Railroad, died Friday at Memphis Veterans Medical Center. Services will be at noon Thursday at Featherstone Temple CME Church with burial in West Tennessee Veterans cemetery. J. O. Patterson Mortuary has charge. Mr. Jones, the husband of Evelyn Janice Jones, also leaves two daughters, LaTonya Jones Young and Demetrece J. Jones Briscoe, both of Cordova; a son, Daryl L. Jones; his mother, Augustine Matthews; a sister, Jacqueline Matthews, and a brother, Eric Jones, all of Memphis, and eight grandchildren.
