VINCENT L. TOBIAS, 75, of Bartlett, retired from the Navy after 32 years, died Sunday in Jackson, Tenn. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens. He was a Shriner who performed in the Shrine Band and was a member of the American Legion, the Scottish Rite, the National Rifle Association and Cornerstone Bible Church. Mr. Tobias, the widower of Dorothy Tobias, leaves a brother, Clair W. Tobias of Vacaville, Calif. The family requests that memorials be sent to the Shriners Hospital.

He was a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran who received the Silver Star and Purple Heart. Mr. Vernon, the widower of Carrie M.
