JOHN LEE BONDS JR., 67, of Wyandanch, N.Y., formerly of Memphis, retired supervisor for the Postal Service, died Monday at Good Samaritan Hospital in New York. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Boyd's Funeral Home in Wyandanch with burial in Colverton cemetery in Long Island, N.Y. Golden Cross Funeral Home has local charge. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Bonds, the husband of Ann Bonds, also leaves a daughter, Yolanda Bonds of Wyandanch; three sons, Dwayne Bonds and Darryl Bonds, both of Memphis, and Anthony Bonds of Philadelphia; his mother, Arvenia Bonds; two sisters, Arealia B. Johnson and Bessie B. Brown, and a brother, Perry V. Bonds, all of Memphis, and four grandchildren.
