Smith and Sons Funeral Home North in Jackson with burial at 2 p.m. at Pleasant View Memorial Gardens in Fulton, Ky. She was a choir member at Forest Heights Methodist Church. Mrs. Binford, the wife of Charles G. Binford, also leaves local survivors including a daughter, Beth Hartz of Memphis, and four grandchildren.
